To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaFor $700 a night for a Seaview room they carpet had plenty of large dirt stains all over it.. the air conditioning in the room did not work properly and the in room coffee maker failed to function properly.. all of these items were brought to the attention of the front desk immediately and upon check out, they were surprised that “nobody told them “.. I told them. This hotel needs a lot work.. and savvy people working room maintenance..

United KingdomRestaurant caters to far more than just guests of the hotel meaning we never got the opportunity to eat at the hotel. Given all the high quality restaurants nearby this was no major issue however Breakfast buffet was somewhat limited - where is the excellent local bread ?

Lovely room overlooking the sea front. Not big but big enough. Delightful old fashioned lift encircled by a beautiful ornate wooden staircase. Nice range of food available at breakfast including plenty of fresh fruit.
