We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIncredibly convenient location for Arlanda airport with a regular shuttle bus to the hotel. I arrived at Arlanda late at night (around midnight) & it was really reassuring to know I was getting picked up by the bus. It’s also a quick Uber ride away. Very clean room and large space

IrelandThe walls were thin so we could hear the people in the room next door and people talking in the hall. The weather was good during our stay and the room was a bit too warm.
It was very easy to get the shuttle from the airport when we arrived late at night. We also used the shuttle in the morning to get back to the airport to get the train into Stockholm. The bathroom was good for getting ready (great mirror) and the breakfast was better than we expected. The reception/breakfast area was bright and nicely decorated.

Second time at this hotel. And we'll definitely go again if we need to be close to the airport. Free shuttle, nice hotel with sauna and little gym and really good food for dinner and breakfast. There's also a little corner for kids to play.

SloveniaA bit noisy during the night / early morning hours; however, that's rather inevitable as the vicinity of the airport (which of course is the hotels greatest advantage) means noise from flight take-offs and people closing doors when leaving to take an early flight. So all in all, considering that most people, like myself, choose the hotel to reach the airport asap, this is not a major issue at all - just remember to bring earplugs if you have a light sleep ;)
Friendly staff, cosy room, big and pleasant lounge area, good choice for breakfast & most importantly, super close to the airport & free shuttle.

ItalyThe breakfast is suited for the taste of Scandinavian pensioners. The high protein meats and fish attract a lot of flies but they don't seem bothered because it is Scandinavia and such are the standards.. Unfortunately the bread also gets its fair share of flies unless you can get one at the very back of the basket but it is not a good quality bread anyhow so better to give it a miss. The coffee is the murky beverage only the locals can swallow. The same is true for the tea brand which is low quality. The best thing about the breakfast spread was they had fresh and cold watermelon that was delicious.
Friendly receptionists. Reliable shuttle (it is an old and noisy bus but it will get you from and to the terminal in around 6 minutes). Quiet location.

United KingdomMy room smelled of ciggaretts and didn't feel very clean. I noticed that the average price per night is usually half than what I paid for my stay, so that makes the night rate more justifiable for the quality.

The main benefit of this hotel is its location close to the airport. It offers a free and punctual transfer to and from the airport that we can use whenever we need and which allowed us to travel to the city center at a reasonable cost. Even so, it took us about an hour and a half to get there by public transport. We stayed at the hotel for the last nights of our trip because our flight was leaving very early and everything worked out well. Another positive point is that the hotel offers good options for a quick and reasonably priced lunch or dinner.

United KingdomThe welcome could be cheerier. I appreciate it’s a budget hotel they offer a lot but a sincere smile and thank you do not cost anything.
The shuttle is reliable and very convenient. It’s a large bus so plenty of space for everyone. The room is functional and above all clean. The breakfast lasts 6 hours so very well considered for guests with early and later flights. Considering the price you get a good deal here.
