Breakfast was so good, with various options, it was tasty, and the staff was very nice. They are available 24/7. The room was clean and nice. Very good value for money. It was awesome for minimalistic people who just want to sleep, have breakfast, and discover the city. We were also able to get hot drinks for free after breakfast time. There is very nice Wi-Fi, and it works properly. They gave us free access to the iron room, and there was also the nice option to leave our luggage after checkout.

There was no sign of the hotel outside. It was too hard and time-consuming to find the hotel even Google map made a mistake as there were two Western hotels in that area.

The room was clean and overall hotel facilities were well kept. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was much better than I had expected. The sauna is strangely located but a wonderful feature to take advantage of. However, being at the mercy of other travelers cleanliness and care. Access to the property is easy by train and only 3 stops from the Stockholm city center, taking about 15 minutes, with a brief walk to the hotel.

Good breakfast - even with lactose free milk and etc. Good price. Location not far away from centre - only 3 stops with train. It cost about 3€ for person. Would recomed if you are looking a place just for a sleep.

No room cleaning during a 3 night stay. Fresh towels etc could very well requested at reception.

Location was great, 6 min walk to commuter train into Stockholm city c (10-15 min ride). Amenities in the area like supermarket and a few restaurants.

I wanted to iron my jeans, but the iron was gone and no one from the staff could help me :/ but maybe it’s on guests who take it from the ironing room to their private rooms…

Very clean and nicely located hostel. Breakfast was super good, we loved it! Good availability of shared bathrooms. Luggage room was available free of charge.

The zone for taking a shower in bathroom is very small. The room was not cleaned daily. The hairdryer was not working.

The location is great, very close to the conference centre, train station, and supermarket.

The ventilation in the room was just awful. The room for three people is quite small, as well as the beds are too small for three. And during the night we had no fresh air to breathe in there. We had to keep the door wide open before going to sleep to achieve some fresh air in there. The amount of showers and toilets don't seem enough considering all the rooms in the hotel, but I guess we did not stay there that much that we had to constantly wait in the line and rather used the facilities at the least popular times.

Breakfast was very nice and included bread with different toppings, eggs and different types of muesli. In general the main area of the hotel was nice and it was possible to order drinks from the bar in the evenings. The location is fine if you don't need to be in the city center. It is close to the train station and quite convenient.

Only clean thing in room was the sheets. There was lot of dust under the bed. There was only one visible outlet. Not enough for two to charge electronic devices. We found more under the bed, where we had to crawl to reach outlet

Nothing to dislike

The room was light and airy, the beds comfortable and the neighbourhood peaceful. Just 5 mins from station to catch train to central city, ten minutes. The breakfast buffet is an attractive feature well-presented and varied. The staff are helpful and on hand all the time.

During our staying, 4 nights, there was no cleaning in the room. I think at least the dust bin should have been emptied.

It's 5 minutes from the Alvsjö train station, you can reach the T-Centralen in 20 minutes.

Rooms and beds are very small, TV probably won't be your main or even sub entertainment during your down time. And rooms can be quite stuffy; there are no windows.

Very clean bathrooms are a huge plus, showers work really well, many accessible toilets. Has a bar at reception and has breakfast included (continental)

Room is small, without window, but we were informed about it in advance. In the morning toilets and baths are sometimes busy. Key cards sometimes stop working, but you can go to receptionist and he fix it in minute.

Break was very good and you can eat as much as you can. Metro station is five minutes far from hotel and line is connected to city center and to Marsta which is next to airport Arlanda. We used and sauna for free! Toilets are clean
