Very expensive for few hours.. as we stayed only 8hrs and paid 2400 kronor. I booked the room 3 months earlier though.

Perfect location near terminal 4. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room.. plus you can check in efter midnight, our flight was late we arrived 4 am and we could just check in the machine and got our keys.

I mean, if I really have to commento on something, I might say the only little pitfall was that there was no option for broadcasting apps on television.

The Hotel was really comfortable and right next to the airport, with a very early morning breakfast service.

The staff could be more welcoming. I have dust allergies and I think some anti allergic pillows would be nice No slippers in the room and basic toiletries

Room temperature was too warm. Didn't know how to use controls . I get a bit claustrophobic when the air is too warm and I cant open a window.

The "phone" outlet" by the bed did not work. I only had 2 devices to charge but to get both charged in the short overnight window I left at 2 am. I let the clerk know because if no one has let you know it wasn't working then you can't correct it.

The hotel was conveniently located to the airport and quite accessible. It's difficult sometimes when you don't know an area to know what to choose. I was quite happy with the facilities and location of this hotel to the airport. I had an early morning flight so I was quite happy with my choice of your facility.

They say check in is only available till 12am but in reality it seems like it's 24 hrs. Bad communication, they don't answer the phone or emails. Our train broke down, and we were delayed for 6 hours and just wanted to confirm that it was still possible to check in after 12am this caused us undue stress when we were already exhausted. Totally avoidable if they just answered the phone.

The way the shower is designed is impossible. You cannot have a shower without fully soaking the whole bathroom. Even if we were completely back up in the corner.

The pet friendly room should be room like X34 or X35. Please do consider in future booking

At check-in, the hotel receptionist staff charged me extra money to check in one hour before time. Also, the room was crampy. This staff was probably new or she was disinterested in listening to me. But I was lucky to find another receptionist staff was super helpful and she went out of her way to ensure my pet cat and I were comfortable. If there was an award - I would give it to her. For her, my impression of the hotel and my stay became worthwhile. Small gestures go a long way to building public relation! I am unsure if I should name this wonderful staff - she is wonderful treasure for your hotel.
