After our spacious room with the same chain in Goteborg, this room was rather small in comparison, although adequate for a short stay. Bathroom was rather small with silly shower arrangement. Didn't manage to try the afternoon tea here so can't comment on that. Table clearing staff were young and of variable standard, lack of supervisory oversight.

Half board seemed to be well worth while. Good selection at breakfast and perfectly adequate evening meal. We had lunch on last day before going to airport and this was excellent value. Bus stop close by and transport system into centre efficient, although did require changes and a walk between terminals.

It is an amazing value for money! The dinner was exceptional every evening. They were even providing a vegan or vegetarian delicious option every night and if you didn't like those, they would prepare something special for you! They also remember the names of their guests and have amazing customer service!

TV selection very limited, would benefit from Smart TV upgrade that allows apps like Netflix & YouTube.

Under ground parking number plate recognition didn't work on motorcycles to let you in as no number plate on the front.

- evening meal was only one option (and some soup) but most of the nights there was mince meat either their meatballs, chilli con carne, or some dish with the minced beef which is not great at all when you are not a fan and staying for quite a while

-the staff was helpful and great all the time - good location with a mall at walking distance, loads of shops and the bus station 1min walk which can take you to stockholm - amazing breakfast with loads of options, especially if you are traveling with kids - very quite at night, you couldn’t hear other people and I am hoping they could not hear our kids either 🥴 -cleaning was good as long as you requested it in advance

Could be more fruit options during breakfast, also, couldn't figure out how to use the room climate control, as the temperature seemed to be fixed.

The location is in a new Sickla neighborhood, with all sorts of amenities nearby. The city centre can be reached easily by public transportation. The room was squeaky clean, the breakfast and dinner options were plentiful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were very good (especially considering it was included in the price). The hotel tries to be environment friendly wherever possible. Cosy and nice bar. With nearby bus stop you are in Stockholm city in 15min ( NFC payment with MasterCard! Very easy and cheap). Underground parking place with possibility to charge an EV car (do know it only charges at 3.7 kW and you need to install the Parkster app but we could leave with a fully charged battery)

I kept having to miss the fikka ! as there is so much to do in Stockholm. The weather for August was atrocious.

Excellent breakfast buffet and delicious suppers. The kitchen is very creative, loads of vegetables and salads, superb breads are offered, as well as the tasty dishes. All the staff are very attentive, patient, helpful, very friendly without being intrusive and making the stay a pleasure. The lounge is modern, comfortable and airy. Bedrooms are clean, modern, well equipped and pleasant. Good bus connections, close to other restaurants, art, sports and museum facilities, a shopping centre is nearby.

The food. Being a vegetarian or halal meat, the dinner was not catered for vegetarians at all. There was simply hardly anything we liked. You cannot have plain rice or vegetables all the time.

All you can eat great breakfast and totally adequate dinner plus a mid day meal of some sort (which we never tried because we were busy exploring Stockholm during the day), all included in the price. The location was a bit out of the way until we found out that a 10 minute public bus ride took us to a depot from which we could walk across a bridge into the old city section of Stockholm (Gamla Stan), from which other parts of Stockholm are quite accessible.

Maybe the dinner could be broader in terms of the options . Some days it was only pasta that was made. Maybe not everyone likes pasta and other options would have been nice . I suppose it is more efficient to have only 1 main meal . But for someone heavily travelled like myself , I am used to seeing options for dinner. i.e. Chicken , fish etc

The breakfast was great , had everything needed to have a wholesome breakfast. Also the dinner was very delicious and the rooms were nice and tidy. The staffs were kind and always available to help.

The food is included but it is acceptable, not the most delicious one you will taste. It is a crowded hotel and meal times are kind of stressful. There was one meal with only spiced dishes. I wouldnt blame the hotel for the messy during the lunch time, there are many unpolite guests.

Having breakfast and dinner was excellent difference, and they were also delicious. The room was bright, very clean and in good ventilation. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great and I am happy to find a best location to stay for my future Stockholm visitings
