As there is only one meal for dinner on offer, maybe it would be nice to let the guests know in the morning, so that for example vegans could organize something else in advance.

The hotel is modern with very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast and also dinner was very tasty and we also liked the afternoon sweets and coffee. It is not in the city center but it takes around 10 minutes with Uber or you can go even cheaper and sometimes even faster with the escooters. There were always a lot of them around.

Room 169 on the first floor was cold . We reported this to Hugo at reception but he said there wasn’t anything he could do about it . Our daughter had a room on the 2nd floor, it was warm . However our rooms on the first floor were cold.

Maybe a wardrobe should be placed in the room. You only have 2 drawers where you can put your clothes.

It is a very good value for money if you book with half board. The bathroom is new and well equipped. The hotel is not central but you have a bus station 2 minutes away of walk. You can take the bus (most of the time 401) to Slussen Station and, from there, you can reach by foot Gamla Stan or take the metro to other attractions.

This was our second stay at this hotel, this time at christmastime. We never usually return to a hotel but because of the high quality of it, we knew we had to return. We love it for its smart design, helpful staff, wonderful food and specious surroundings. Although its a little outside the main city, it was not a problem to get to by bus and metro.

The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxed. Felt really good since we first stepped a foot there. Breakfast was nice, so was fika and a dinner. Would 100% come back again. All the employees were extremely pleasant.

Clean and spacious room. Dinner was included - it was a great deal. Both breakfast and dinner came with a wide variety of food to choose. Dining/open common area on the ground floor was so spacious and comfortable. It was not so far from the hotel to the city center - about 10-15 mins to Slussen from the hotel by bus and then just one stop to Gamla Stan by metro. This was my second stay within 10 months. One of staff (probably a manager) still remembered me.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with half board and fika (tea/coffee with pastry from 3 to 5 p.m.). Families with children will like it very much. The hotel is pretty new and modern, located in calm neighbourhood, the choice of meals during breakfast and dinner is great: a lot of vegetables/fruit and salads, both meat-lover and vegetarian options are available. Just opposite there is a shopping center and public playground. The bus stop is just in about 300-400m. We took bus No. 401 to get to the Gamla Stan using SL card (worth using it as it is suitable for all types of public transport including ferries). We fell in love with Stockholm and Clarion chain hotels and are looking forward to returning to Stockholm.
