The location was great. People that working their were nice. But the price was a little bot hight and the room was small. But it was fine, and clean.

I couldn't quite work out the lighting. The only way to turn off the lights in the room and bathroom was to pull out the keycard, which meant you had to find the bed in the dark.

When I booked this hotel I didn't realise I booked a small room with no window, three levels below street level. I just went for the cheapest room. But I can't complain. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, it was very quiet. It had everything you need: iron, TV, kettle (which I discovered on the last day as it was in a drawer under the bed), hair dryer. The breakfast was very good. The staff in the restaurant, reception and the bar were all very friendly. And of course the hotel is right in the centre of Stockholm, which saves you on extra travelling.

My room was a bit too cold as AC couldn't be turned off. I didn't like that I was not able to lock the door from inside. I have 3 years old kid and she was able to open it by herself.

Great location, lovely terrace, clean rooms and very kind, friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere in the restaurant and the resting area on the ground floor.

When i turned the temperature control unit off, there was still some cold air coming in straight to the bed. Not sure if this is the way the ventilation system is set up to work, but there should be a way to turn it completely off.

Bathroom was little bit awkward for two people since the walls were made of glass and not fully closed. Not much customer service, check in and check out was done by using automat.

Small room but it had everything we needed. There was a luggage room for storing our luggage before check-in and after checkout. Comfortable bed and big tv. Breakfast had some local options which was a nice touch, also good gluten free selection.

It said on the website that it had air-conditioning. But it didn't really work that well since it was super hot in our room. The staff was kind to give us a fan though. And we would come back here again

Well located hotel for the events we were attending, close to central station and hötorget station. General area felt safe and good to travel around in. Check in was very simple. Room was small (as expected though) but really well equipped and well designed. The breakfast was tasty and very welcome after a late night out!

It was a bit hard to find the room. The entry floor turned out to be floor 5 so we didn't understand that we had to go downstairs to find our room (story 3). When I asked a cleaner she just said that there is no story 3 and that we were in the wrong hotel. Eventually we figured it out ourselves. We're happy with the stay but the room was slightly overpriced since it was small and had no windows.

OK size room for an overnight stay. Room was very quiet, no noise from outside. Good breakfast. Checking in and out went very fast due to the self-check in/out option. Great location, close to the central station and the city center.

We booked a small double which suited our needs well (as well as our budget), however it was small with limited room to move around. We would have also loved a fridge in the room. Next time we stay here we would book a larger room.

I was there during the Taylor Swift concerts and the price went up 300% just for these 3 days. The hotel is excellent for the usual price. But i have to put my comment during my stay and based to what i paid. Also they dont have a fridge. If you have something to keep it cool, like a medicine, they will not help you because they say it is against the law to store it for you. Other than that, the hotel is excellent, just dont use it during big events in the city because they have extra charge, like the Taylor Swift tax

The only one thing that bothered me a bit - when I turned out the lighting in my room the wall lamp above my bed started to make weird clicks, I tried to switch the lighting on and off and it helped in about 10 min.

Very nice stay! I came to town for TS concert and the other place that I booked canceled my booking when I was about to check-in so Best Western and Hotel kinda saved my day. Value for money is unbeatable - nice location, great breakfast, very nice and helpfull staff, cherry on top is very nice gym. Also I like that they are open and transparent with the pictures and rooms plans - you know what you're choosing. Definitely recommend to stay.

It was my choice, but from now on, I'll always avoid no-window rooms. It just doesn't work, is very claustrophobic, and you just can't wake up in the morning as it is always pitch black. Hotels shouldn't have these on offer tbh. Otherwise, my stay was good.

The glass walls of the bathroom could pose issues if we have any people visiting the room, as it is possible to see into the toilet from the outside.

The bed was very comfortable and the room provided many amenities. The bathroom was spacious and the room is very clean. Breakfast was extensive and good.

The rooms were very hot. The Aircon essentially does not work. The front deck did kindly give us a fan which was good. Also the bathroom is in a see through glass cubical. Not great if you are not alone!
