I write very few comments but this one is really worth a compliment. Everything is just perfect with the a low-key luxury design in both public space and room decoration. The staffs provide a meticulous and high quality service in every aspect. I definitely recommend Bank Hotel for a stay in the center of Stockholm. It can make you fall in love with a city because of a hotel.

No window hotel rooms are a no - no. This time however it was compensated as the room was of good size and comfortable.

We didn’t find the beds comfortable and the pillows very firm, but when asking for alternatives they happily gave us tempur pillows No A/C in the room and very hot( 25,5) so we had window opened but no sleep until late as nightclubs had music on to early hours Had dinner in the restaurant once, nothing special

We were given a room at the back of the hotel which is next to a night club I believe, and l there was loud music until late at night, especially on Friday & Saturday. We were offered to change room when we raised this with the reception, who were very helpful, however it was too late at night and we already had all our stuff unpacked. We were hoping it would die down after the weekend - definitely quieter but still audible.

The facility of the hotel is first class - all amenities were supplied (but not routinely refilled), including power converter! We were welcomed on the first day by some seriously delicious chocolates :) The hotel is located 2 mins away from Kungstradgarden metro station, making it very easy to arrive by public transport, especially given the high price of taxis in Stockholm. It is however on a cobblestone street and bike path so navigating with our luggages was a challenge.

the reception team could have been a bit more welcoming - everything was rather transactional.

ideal downtown boutique accommodation with well-appointed, tastefully furnished rooms. the restaurant is located in the beautiful former bank hall - a spectacular place for a spectacular breakfast with barista coffee and à la carte options. as it is all about details: the hotel boasts the most beautiful door hangers.

First class finishes in the rooms, restaurants and bars with great attention to detail. Staff were all excellent couldn’t do enough for you. Bonnie’s restaurant food was of a very high standard.

The sound proofing is not great so it can get noisy at night especially on weekend. The WiFi is also not great
