Two single duvets on bed (maybe that is a country thing). Pillows were too small and flat. I know have a sore back neck. Rooms were too dark.

1. Room was very spacious and quiet; tastefully decorated 2. Breakfast was amazing!!! 3. Very friendly staff members 4. Location is hard to beat - 1 min. to the boat to get to old town; 8 stops to get to central station to go to the airport 5. ABBA museum is essentially in the hotel :-)

To get the shower working it said 'turn tap left to switch from bath to shower'. You had to actually move the spout of the tap not the tap handle which took some working out! That said the shower was great once I worked out how to use it!

Great room, spacious and comfy with lovely big sliding doors onto small balcony, which was fantastic. Delicious breakfast in lovely dining room. Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic location. Stockholm can be an expensive city to stay in but I thought this hotel is good value for money, especially in this location.

Restaurant staff who served breakfast seemed a bit moody, especially at the last day. In addition to emotionless interaction, the lady interrupted me while eating just to lean over my plate to take away two other plates and glass that we put aside on top of each other. It’s fine to take away empty plates if it doesn’t interfere with me, but why interrupt me while I’m eating.

One of the best night's sleep I have had in a hotel. Super comfortable bed with soft pillows and blankets that provided perfect warmth for the room temperature. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast à la carte provides nice selection of breakfast dishes in addition to regular buffet. Location is very good with museums in close distance. Calm surroundings in evening. Very convenient for public transportation.

Great room with lots of space. Clean, comfortable, staff was very helpful. Felt very homey. Bluetooth speaker in room nice addition. Breakfast was super good. Transit stop right out front. Abba museum was exceptional.

It was awesome! We really liked it, the location was perfect for strolling around and going to museums and parks. The room was really comfy and spacious, even when we the room we booked was one of the smallest ones. And breakfast was really tasty too

Located in the same building with ABBA museum, very close to Vasa museum. Delicious breakfast with huge variety of traditional and international dishes in a modern design at any taste, high level room facilities, very convenient electric curtains. Spacious bathroom with a window wall.

The bed was so comfortable I had an incredible sleep! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of healthy vegan-friendly options at breakfast. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)

When we checked in nothing got explained to us which was a bit unwelcoming. There was no cupboard in the room so we had to live out of our suitcases.

The location is outstanding! Located right at the train station and a few steps to the ferry haven, above the ABBA museum and close to Tivoli Park. Our room (around the corner) was very bright and extremely comfortable! Breakfast was amazing, with a choice of menu and buffet. Staff was very friendly. We loved the bathtub! The room was very quiet though it was located to the street/trainstation.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!! Located in a prime spot with easy access to both the tram and ferry, this hotel made exploring the city very easy. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its spacious and cool design. The attention to detail was evident, and the room exuded a sense of luxury and comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the super comfortable bed. It felt like sleeping on a cloud! I just didn’t want to leave it :) The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel very welcome. Now, let's talk about the breakfast buffet, which was nothing short of amazing!!! The variety of options available was impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Everything was just so stylish, tasteful, relaxed… I didn’t know where to start. It’s really rare to get something like that. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The convenient location, spacious modern room, super comfortable bed, friendly staff, and the amazing breakfast buffet made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again on my next Stockholm visit!

Maybe prepare some additional sanitise product spare for customer to buy at out of hour would be nice,(make up removals, tampons etc etc)

The ABBA Gold suite is sublime especially for fans. Definitely recommend a stay here. Location great. Restaurant was great, I dined there both evenings and the breakfast was lovely too.
