Mr. Vaidrius was pure perfection. The Service at this hotel is outstanding! Staff are trained for multiple roles and empowered to make decisions.

The ladies in our second room were a little uncomfortable with the large window in the bathroom.

The LOCATION (you have an On/Off Bus stop right in front since it's connected to The ABBA Museum and the VASA is just a short walk away,, the SERVICE, the front staff (especially Vadrius) went above and beyond. The breakfast where you had both a buffet and menu for hot food was fantastic. I will recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Stockholm!

The rooms were lovely and spacious, but very dark. The area was quiet in the evening. It would be nice to have one last drink when going back to the hotel, but the bar was shut by 10pm.

Great location, lots of transport options. The rooms were modern and very spacious and clean. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The waitress at breakfast (Jensie, I'm not sure if that's right) was so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble (a ray of sunshine in the morning). The food was great and well presented with lots of choice at breakfast. And it was right next door to the ABBA Museum. A lovely hotel.

The gym is a waste of time and the shower in the room was extremely confusing. Very odd design. Everything else was very good. Little bit of a walk home if you wanted to eat in the middle of the city but not bad.

Room was very comfortable and quiet even though it was a busy area. Location was very good for museums and Gröna Lund right on your doorstep. Breakfast was fair decent and staff were very nice and helpful.

Bluetooth speaker was missing in our room, other rooms had it.

Location is not the best in Stockholm, but the best to visit Gröna Lund /concerts or ABBA museum. Our room was very spacious, modern interior design, very comfy beds and pillows and nice products in the bathroom. Breakfast and staff were also great.

The hotel is part of the Abba museum and they play music during the day. We had a front room and could hear it. It ended up that we were gone all day so it didn’t matter at all. I suggest asking for a room in back or side if you plan on being there during the day.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to parks , museums , zoo , amusement park . A ferry was just steps away snd tram in front of hotel . The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. They served a lovely breakfast and had nice outdoors seating.

Lots of staff on at breakfast but I couldn't get anyone to notice me or take my order so I had to approach the kitchen. Not a lot of options for eating outside the hotel but there is a cafe and restaurant on site and they're both good.

Beautiful presentation in the rooms - very clean and functional Scandi designs - clearly a lot of thought has gone into making these rooms have personality rather than be generic boring hotel rooms. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very Swedish with picked herrings and cheeses on the buffet as well as fruit and salads. There's a small deli/convenience store close by for anything you need and this place also makes wonderful and cheap sandwiches.

Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice. Staff throughout the hotel were very professional and accommodating (particular mention to Vaidrius at reception who was very helpful at all times). Good room and a fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Nothing major or affecting our stay, but to be excellent; The sink does not have a plug so does not hold water which makes wet shaving difficult. There are no shelves and hooks in the bathroom for personal toiletries and flannels. The Aircon didn't seem to cool the room and was noisy. There are a couple of vases on the shelf below where clothes and coats are hung. They get in the way and need to be moved for fear of breaking them.

Very good location, very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very comfortable*, clean and nice. Breakfast food was excellent. Free entry to the abba museum (though not a great fan), it was nice. All toiletries supplied except toothpaste and shaving cream.

It’s lovely if you like ABBA music as you are directly above the ABBA museum - very close to Vasa Museum - this was our reason for booking it - the tram and bus stop is right outside the hotel. Excellent breakfast

Getting to Backstage on foot from the central train station is a very pleasant medium-length walk. The staff were all very courteous, polite, and helpful. Breakfast options in the morning are plentiful and include a cold buffet + choices from the hot menu. Accommodations were hip, modern, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It is a bit pricy hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, close to all museums and only walking distance to old town and city center. The breakfast was exceptional. Room was nice and clean and staff was attentive. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.
