Because there was 3 of us, we had to use the sofa bed, which was not ready as we arrived and I had a trouble to open that and make everything ready for the sleep. Otherwise everything was OK.

Location was good, close to the stores and transportation. Apartment was clean and stuff was really helpful. Thank you.

The only thing we have to point out is the temperature of the room. It was a bit chilli, and when we called customer support they told us that it's only adjustable by a couple of degrees, which really didn't make a difference. We'd have prefered to have the apartment a bit warmer.

The apartment was clean and cozy, with the right amount and type of amenities to support our stay. The check-in process was very straightforward. The bed was comfortable and the location was really nice, with a tram stop only 5min away and a couple of grocery stores near by as well. We will definitely recommend this accommodation for Stockholm visitors.

Coms just before the trip that involved more specific enquiries were a bit awkward owing to what looked like automated responses by the property. Ground-floor window views were dismal and barely 70cm above street level. Lack of spare pillows was also a minus.

Communication and payment before the trip were smooth and efficient. The apartment was spacious enough, nice and clean with IKEA furnishings throughout.

Somebody before us cooked some seriously spicy curry food in the apartment which left a strong smell in all the kitchen equipment and the apartment as well. We opened the balcony door every time we were in the apartment but coulnd't get rid of the smell in a week. It was really disturbing.

The apartment is very well equiped and in a good neighbourhood. Spacious and clean, we were very satisfied with how it looked.

We could not open the windows, we wanted some fresh air sometimes. We could not control the air conditioner and the blinds. Maybe you can put a little shelf to the shower.

We liked it, it was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable.

No interaction with the staff whatsoever, everything is automated. It worked just fine and it might be exactly what many people are looking for. I personally prefer a little more personal touch. Unfortunately, we couldn’t adjust the room temperature - it was a bit too cold, especially by night.

Quiet location, not far from city center via public transportation. Spatious room, well equipped kitchen. Everything worked just fine.

As the temperature could not be controlled, it got too hot inside the room. Would be good if they installed a ceiling fan or kept a portable fan in the closest.

Clean and spacious studio apartment that met our needs. It was handy to have a washing machine and little kitchenette to make our breakfast and lunches. It was very secure and quiet. Wifi worked perfectly and it was well located to local restaurants and public transport.

Bit hot— had problems cooling down enough to sleep well. I went back and forth with mgmt co which got frustrating in booking parking. Kept telling me to book parking in their website—user interface was pretty confusing. Better instructions upfront would have reduced frustration and describe capacity of street parking would reduce guests’ stress. Also a translation of the street parking signs especially the street cleaning part would really help. We asked and got help. Just offer it up front :-)

Pretty spacious apartment studios. We rented two, one for parents, one for teenagers. Parking quite convenient. Washer dryer very handy, grocery and eats nearby. Well appointed.

Next to a noisy motorway. Old factory building conversion ,- poor sound insulation. Public areas smell of garbage, as too does the "luggage room". Broken ventilation in one of our rooms. Kitchen next to useless. Very soft mattresses and pillows. Given two rooms on different floors, even though I booked six months in advance and requested nearby rooms

The room temperature could only change by 1 degree Celsius, having come in August it was way too hot even with the temperature put down as low as possible. I even checked this with the staff who were quick to respond however confirmed that the temperature can only be changed by 1 degree. There was a balcony door though which was good for ventilation. The sofa bed was also not the most comfortable. It is also a little way out from the city centre, therefore, requiring 20-minute Ubers which with 4 of us worked out cheaper and quicker than the multiple trams/buses we'd have to take from the apartment to the city centre otherwise. There are a few Ubers and Bolts around so can get around relatively easily, but accommodate the wait times up to 10 minutes for the Uber to arrive.

The kitchen was well equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, saucepans and frying pans. Sufficient towels and other bed linens provided. The TV had a chromecast so we could cast from our phones to the TV, the TV was also adjustable so we were able to move it so all 4 of us could watch telly from bed! Spacious bathroom!

Only street parking available which was confusing if you are not familiar with the local parking regulations.

Good location with easy access to central Stockholm. Close to local shops and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped.

Nice and comfortable apartment in Stockholm, simple looking but with everything you need if you wanna cook something! Very big toilet, even with a washing machine. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with pretty of restaurants around, even by the water. You can reach Stockholm city center with a ferry boat (the stop is 7 minutes walk from the apartment) which was a wonderful option to have. Recommend!

AC kept at an uncomfortably cold temperature which could not be adjusted or switched off. Had to ask for clean towels, no daily housekeeping. However change in towels was prompt.

Large clean apartment, close to tram station and supermarkets. Comfortable beds, Well equipped. Easy to access despite there being no reception. Could store luggage on last day.
