This place has exceeded my expectations,in fact the photos do not show the real beauty of this exceptional hotel. Here, everything was carefully planned to meet any expectations or wishes that guests may have: 1.Communication- right from the start (reservation) all is carefully explained, options for car rental, transfers, prices, opening hours of restaurant etc. 2. Accomodation - two floors appartment with two bathrooms, charming bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, lovely terrace and amazing view of the bay. In the fridge you will also find bottles of water and milk. The hotel itself is located on the steep hill and surrounded by nature. The views are magnificent. 3. Infinity swimming pool - which is a joy to swim, relax, enjoy the views and listen to the birds (nature around is beautiful) 4. Breakfast - very tasty and filling served each morning from 8-10am 5. Restaurant - chapeau bas for the chef - the dishes were delicious, nicely served, I also liked the wine selection and coctail. You must try their Trio-O-Fish. 6. Staff - extremly helpful and always cherfull. They deserve extra credits. 7. The Hosts - Kevyn and Mandy will do their best to make sure you have a wonderful staying. Very nice view of the bay from the mountains. Lots of birds singing. It was a very spacious room with two bathrooms. It included everything that was needed, including a kitchen. It was very good quality. The owners are amiable and helpful. They gave us advice on tours of the Seychelles. During our stay, we had a wedding, and they complimented the bride with the campaign. Also, our room was decorated beautifully for our wedding night.

The property is up a little hill, so it’s beneficial if you rent a car but it gives you an opportunity to witness the beautiful view and experience sunsets within the dancing clouds in the evening

Probably, one of the best choices I’ve made 😅 The property itself is great ; new and spacious rooms with literally everything you might need , super comfortable and clean . And every person at the property is so helpful, polite and friendly, always welcoming and greeting everyone with the warmest smiles. The hosts are true gems themselves. Kevin and Mandy constantly checking on us, delivering above and beyond our expectations. They were always making sure the stay feels so pleasant and all the needs are satisfied . The food is just so divine with the loveliest presentation and attention to details. I wouldn’t trade it this time for any other place . So cozy, relaxing and beautiful. Definitely, one of the best atmosphere that I have experienced.

There was absolutely nothing we disliked about this property. Every aspect of our stay was carefully crafted to ensure comfort and relaxation. The staff went above and beyond, leaving us with no complaints whatsoever.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The hotel felt like a home away from home, with a warmth and coziness that’s hard to find. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious cuisine offered at the hotel. This boutique hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. Excellent attention to detail from everyone. Mandy was a delight and super efficient prior to and during our stay. Her assistance with our travel plans and recommendations was highly appreciated. The food at the restaurant was delicious as well. Looking forward to returning to this wonderful hotel.

This is a very minor detail but maybe guests could be provided with bathrobes and slippers? This is such a small thing, though - it's difficult to think of anything negative about the place.

Hotel is simply stunning - like a postcard. We had a huge apartment that was immaculate - beautifully decorated, with a generous balcony over the bay. All rooms and apartments have the bay view, which is just gorgeous. Every possible need was anticipated and met by Mandy and her team, including providing food and coffee for us to take with us when we left at 6am for an island tour. The restaurant really should open to take patrons not staying in the hotel - it's that good - everyone should get a chance to eat there.

Our honeymoon at the Bay Seychelles was like stepping into a postcard. We spent an incredible week in a beautiful apartment that was perfectly clean, modern, luxury, and opened up to views that felt like more than paradise. Every morning, we were greeted with a 5-star breakfast that as a chef, I truly appreciated—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The restaurant was also incredible, with dishes that celebrated the local flavors in an elevated way. But the best part of our stay was Mandy and Kevin, the owners. They went above and beyond to make us feel special, and their kindness made leaving all the more difficult. The view, the hospitality, the food—everything about our week in this slice of paradise was unforgettable. Leaving was so bittersweet, and we can’t wait to return to this breathtaking place. Amazing stay! The best hotel during our two week Seychelles trip. The property is brand new and has been fitted out to the highest spec, a true boutique hotel. The location is stunning with beautiful views over the bay. The room is top class, comfy bed, fantastic shower and small kitchen in sea view room. Breakfast was excellent, and plentiful. 5 star omelette and full English. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner (trio of fish and king prawns, and good wine). The hosts Kevyn and Mandy are very kind, and go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. We were delighted to spend the first 2 days of our honeymoon there, we only wish we stayed longer.

Nothing, we liked everything about the place.

It was new and very clean. Very high quality construction and appointments. The view was just like th photos. We loved hanging out for breakfast chatting with Kevin and Mandy. They answered all our requests and though they were busy, always stopped to comment or offer valuable information. Kevin arranged for a car for us and both of them were were mindful of our comfort and were never intrusive. Highly recommended. Compliments to Chef Ali and our best friend Lydia.

A lunch time menu for midday snacks (12pm - 2pm) would be useful. Be aware that the restaurant is closed every Thursday evening (we did know this before booking).

Excellent stay in a small and friendly setting with a great view of the bay! Delicious breakfast! Super WiFi. Very comfortable bed and beautiful styling in the room. Wonderful attention to detail! This is the perfect place for a 4-5 night stay on the main island (Mahe) in Seychelles. Hosts happily arranged for a local rental car to be rented from the hotel. This is a must for getting around.

We really enjoyed to stay 4 nights in this new excellent and extraordinary boutique hotel. We felt as in a great family, pampered by Mandy, kevin, Dan and all the staff. A big thank you! The panoramic view on the Anse Mouch Bay was simply amazing. The breakfast and the dinner was really special (10 stars ⭐️ +++(thank you Arly for cooking for us the fresh creole fish- it was fantastic), such as the cocktails (Negroni) prepared by Mandy, the rhums after dinner. The room was super (great view, bed comfortable, with all we needed).Extremely super recommended, with a high quality of all services as expected in a boutique hotel! grazie mille! They are excellent at what they do. I'd suggest don't change anything. They have extensive hotel expertise and are well-connected within the community. Anything you need or want to know about the Seychelles, I'm sure they have the answer or know someone who does.

The owners sincerely care about their guests and will go beyond what is necessary to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. They remember your name, not just the room number. The food is delicious, and they really add a personal touch. Breakfast was prepared fresh and was not served buffet-style. Everything was fresh and wonderfully prepared. The dinner was amazing; when you arrive your table is set and you receive personal attention from the staff. Great experience.
