No negative experience. If you don’t like cats, maybe it can be annoying that there is a cat which can go to the terrace of each apartment...

The apartment was very spacious. We stayed there 4 nights with our 3 small kids. There is a shop in walking distance, and there is a few minutes’ walking path to the beach as well, so you don't need a car to go to the beach. As already written in the apartment's description, there is no reception, so the check-in has to be discussed on phone/Whatsapp upon arrival (but a contact person lives in the neighboring building). Check-out time has to be discussed before departure. We checked out at an early hour (5:30 am), and it was no problem. We had a great time at this apartment.

the stairs we used to go up in our room, part of it is wet because of the water coming from AC; it will be good to put a rag there to avoid slipping.

There were no negative aspects significant enough to be remembered at all.

Perfect localization: 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops and the bus stop. A beautiful area for a morning run, jogging and training because there is an outdoor gym nearby. The facility is very clean and well-kept. Service at the highest level. Perfect value for money.

The location is just right for us as it's quiet & safe. 5min walk to bus stop & less than 10min to restaurants, cafes, takeaways & supermarkets. We didn't even need to go to the beach areas where there were more restaurant options. Room is roomy & clean. Looks newer than other blocks. We could cook our meals comfortably in the small but adequate kitchen. Fully recommend this place.

Great place 5 minute's walk to the beach. Parking right in front of the building. Room was cleaned everyday and staff were really friendly. Nice and quiet except for the yapping dogs next door. Had to go and buy some ear plugs.

Amazing studio apartment, great location next to supermarket "Vimal" (accept credit card) 3 minutes walking distance.. close to Beau Vallon Beach (needs a car 4-5 mins) and night bars (close at 10 pm).. About the apartment, the host is very friendly and polite (Thnx Beryl 😊) the studio has full kicten appliances, AC, Fan, Queen size bed, Clean Sheets, Bathroom (stand up shower hot/cold) with new towels everyday and a balcony with couple of seats and a table.. I also got free parking at the place.. 🤩 My honest advice is that this is the best location in Mahe and close to everything.. if you want to save money with your your partner then try to cook at home it's 10 times affordable than restaurants or bars.. Another advice is try the food carts at Beau Vallon beach (Leo's or others) 100 SCR a meal per person... you gonna save a lot and enjoy nature instead 👌🏻❤️ Oh almost forgot...keep cash on you.. not everything accept cards 😎 Cheers !!

Beds were Queen sized, mattress was not that comfortable, particularly when two adults sharing.

There was construction work with grinding until 2:30 am in the morning and I couldn't sleep until then one night
