We stayed for 3 nights at Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas and we enjoyed every moment. There are villas with large balconies facing the ocean. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and air conditioner is quiet. We prepared breakfast ourselves. Convenient if not dependent on predetermined times of day. The location is pleasantly quiet, surrounded by small accommodations. Located directly on the beach. Small shops within walking distance. Good location to hike to Anse Lazio. We later regretted not planning to stay longer. AnnaRose is a very kind and sweet host. She really cares about her quests.

The accommodation was amazing, we loved the beach view and the amazing waves that came with it. The villa itself was very nice and had everything you need. The personnel, Iris and her family, are amongst the most hospitable people I have ever came across by. They were kind enough to recommend us the best places and to give us a ride if needed. On the beach was quite allot of seagrass so we didt swimm there.

The only problem is the ocean (specifically, the seagrass) - although, it is not the fault of the hosts, indeed. However, you can visit marvellous Anse Georgette located nearby (access through the neighbouring hotel or through trail).

Everything needed in the villa, including those things you normally do not expect to meet. Modern and expensive amenities. Quiet area, many shops and restaraunts nearby. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help with any matters.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. Fantastic with "own" beach right from the house and wonderful sea view. The hosts were very nice and helpful, and the house was clean, modern and fully equipped. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the Seychelles.

We had very nice days in the Jean Marie guest house. The location is unique and Anna Rose and her parents care for the complex very lovingly. Nothing was missing in our bungalow. We really appreciated the wide range of towels and that they were changed when we put them on the floor. This is not a matter of course in guest houses in the Seychelles. In addition, it was cleaned very carefully every day. Anna Rose took care of a rental car and a taxi and she and her mother Iris gave us very valuable tips for Praslin. Unfortunately, it was a pity that there was no breakfast. A visit to Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio is a must. If you drive through to the end of the paid parking lot at Anse Lazio, you will come to a restaurant where you can park for free for a drink. The coconut milkshake is awesome. In the associated shop there are very nice souvenirs. We also recommend taking a private guided tour of the Vallée de mai National Park. Otherwise you only see trees.

- because of COVID-19 they don't offer any breakfast. So you have to buy something from shops. Anna please start to offer breakfasts. 😁 - refrigerator is not able to cool the ice, so we bought the ice from shop. Bigger Fridge will be better, because you keep all food there. We have to admit we didn't mention Anna about fridge and breakfast. We are sure they would find a solution for it. - check the season for seaweed and please be aware that this is not under control of host.1😉

Anna and the family take good care and give you enough privacy although they live next door. The Beachfront villa is good located with wonderful sunset view. The facilities in villa are ok. You will find everything what you need. If not, just ask Anna. - easy check in and check out - good WiFi - comfortable bed's (OMG 😱 where they get the mattress?) - clean villa - direct access to the beach - 2 takeaways and shops in walking distance

This accommodation deserves more than 10 points. You just have to feel good here: A very well maintained and equipped villa, right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. In addition, you can reach what we think are the most beautiful beaches on the island - Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio - by foot via impressive trails with great nature and amazing views. Supermarkets and take-aways are also nearby, as is the bus stop, which means you can get around the island quickly and very cheaply. But what makes this accommodation unique is the hospitality of AnnaRose and her family, who are always available and do everything to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. We really had a fantastic time!

Attention to details, awesome location, friendly staff and good advices on places to visit. AnneRose was very nice with us leaving messages on the bed and I even got one for my birthday. the house was very spacious and comfy. the view was breathtaking! breakfast and dinner with the sound of the waves was unforgettable.

Beach in front of the villa had many sea-plants on the sand, but it’s not about hotel, many people told us, that it’s an abnormal situations for Praslin in this time of year.

Villas located just near the ocean, good place to travel to another locations on island (trails, restaurants, beaches). Shop nearby. Iris and Anna-Rose helped us with excursions and laundry and were very kind.
