The second stay in the Velar Inn in a week - with a group of students and staff from Riyadh. After 4 days hiking in the hills, it was great to come back here. The staff and management have become like a family! Always polite, positive and helpful. The students loved there stay here, and the staff are looking forward to coming back again next year on another trip.

Another great stay at the Velar Inn - This time I was here with a group of 17 students and 5 staff. As always, this was a great place to stay - clean and comfy rooms, very good food in the rooftop restaurant, and very helpful staff.

Check in was a bit slow - partially due to the large size of the group. Otherwise, all was great.

This is the fifth time I have stayed here - in the past with my family and students (on a school trip) - this time with a group of 20 colleagues from work. The hotel is excellent - spacious rooms that are spotless and very comfortable, a very good restaurant on the roof with a great view (which we used for breakfasts and evening meals). Friendly and helpful staff. And very convenient for the airport. We'll definitely be back again.

Liked everything . No negatives .

Super nice hotel ..Decor was great , very clean ..was upgraded to the junior suite , which was exceptional, as the hotel was very busy also the football team Al Hilal was staying that night too ! Breakfast was superb, so much choice and quality. Evening buffet was the same great value and amazing range of food!

Gym was small and the pool but they still had one. Everything else was perfect.

The staff are friendly, extremely clean, breakfast variety is outstanding and nice, rooms are well organised and clean and comfortably slept in the huge bed. They have a gym, sauna and steam room. And a small swimming pool. Location was right next to the airport. Roof top views are amazing, cafe and Shisha

You can hear the neighbors there is somehow no privacy , I was annoyed from the next room neighbor I could hear every single word , plus I was shocked that there is no cars or drivers to transfer us I mean the hotel doesn’t have cars and drivers to transfer the people cause it’s a big hotel with five stars.

Breakfast and dinner buffet needs to be improved. Few options available compared to price charged. Didn't have cappuccino, flat white or any coffee variety with milk. You have to pay extra for that and is double the price of good coffee shops 🤦waffles and pancakes were missing. Canned pineapple were offered instead of fresh. Sausages were offered in tomato gravy rather simply fried. Limited juices options and that too were not fresh. Detox water was missing. Taste of food was good in dinner except for lamb bukhari. Breakfast is total waste of money.

Whole facility was clean and in immaculate condition. It has modern fittings and amenities were of good quality. Bed was warm and quality of pillows was great

The fact that we could not stay longer to really enjoy it 😅

Everything was comforting. The location is by the street, near restaurants, and especially near the masjid. We could pray our first taraweh easily. The pool was small but adequate. The hotel was clean and the bed was large and cozy. We would have stayed longer had we not had to continue our road trip to Mecca.

We did not have the chance to taste breakfast from the hotel. We are sure the breakfast would be as excellent as the other services from the hotel.

Everything about the stay is comfortable. The hotel is easy to locate, and for sure the facilities are as the top reviews say. There is masjid nearby, restaurants are around. We did not order breakfast since we were preparing ourselves for Ramadhan.
