Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaSmall flies. The SPA was under maintenance and wasn't mentioned when I was browsing to book, the add was saying it's open. The furniture was ripped. The check out process took so long only one cart in the hotel, I had to carry my own stuff. There's no clothes dryer rack. There are no cushions in the living room. The sink in the kitchen smells bad when the water is running. The curtain is not blackout. The AC in the bedroom will hit you on the face and you can't do anything about it. The receptionist told me I'll receive a message to sign up for thier a loyalty program and I got nothing.
The quietness and the staff were friendly. The smart tv.
