Their windows however are not sound proof and even though the hotel is away from the main road, the construction workers that worked there during the evening / night (last two nights of my stay) and trucks beeping all night around did not allow me to get some sleep. I know live starts in the evening / night there but that works unfortunate when having a jetlag. I assume these were temporary construction works for the moment, but sound isolation is definitely not a luxury option for that hotel. The other thing was the fact that i had to go there during Ramadan which made it a tad bit harder to come around the day: You are not allowed to eat and drink so you turn tired because of it. Not that i had a problem with not eating during the day, but not drinking even water was harder to get adjusted to.

Only for the fact that Mama Noura is right around the corner gives them a plus on location. The accomodation looks luxurous, evening life is vivid, no problem getting a haircut around 22:00 pm if you need one. There is enough local (and healthy) food and drinks to get around the area to enjoy there that you might even not miss the alcohol if you are accustomed to it. (It is an appartment housing, so it does not come with breakfast and dinner features)

Manager was not professional. We extended our booking with a gap of one day. And at last moment he called us and said that our booking is cancelled. We ruined for 2-3 days as it was a peak season and other hotels were not available. He cancelled our booking and gave it to someone else as might be he is getting better price. He told us that hotel is closed so we are cancelling the booking because there is some sewerage issue in the building. Next day we went to check and it was a total lie. He cheated with us. When we asked the staff at reception that hotel was supposed to be closed today for couple of days because of maintenance then he said it is not true and they have done it on the instructions of manager. Very unprofessional

There kitchen had limited appliance. There was no microwave-(probably will have to ask for it). The flat iron needs replacing. The first one burned my dress, the replacement was leaking with water. The TV was not smart Tv, so you cant access NETFLIX etc. unless u got HDMI cable to connect your laptop.

The property was very spacious and clean. Ithe internet inside the property is good except in the bedroom. It is near a lot of restaurants. For a Filipino craving home food, the next street is lined with several Filipino restaurants. Will definitely come back next time

No major complaints besides the pillows were hard, they should have different types of pillows on the bed. The price was acceptable but not great value wise.

Property was central and close to Mama Noura restaurant which was very convenient. Rooms were large and clean.

Very loud surroundings, walls are very rhin you can hear the neighbours next door walking. Also, we had to ask for toothbrushes (were not available immediately. As well as the microwave.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel, unfortunately this time the hotel was so noisy especially at night , lots of loud talking in lobby area as my room was in ground floor.

The location is great, staffs are super friendly and helpful.

I booked a room (non-smoker), the problem was with the room they gave me (201) it was beside the balcony were every smoker go. Also, the floor had some smokers in it. The central phone wasn’t working and I’ve been informed that it still not working. The room need some fixes (the sleep room door frame wasn’t complete.

- The location ( it’s exactly behind KFMC were I was going ). And it get you quickly to the center of the city - The staff were professional which I like the most - The room service was the fastest I’ve ever seen

the suite is not well-maintained (check photos to see) only one bath towel and 1 small towel for 4 persons in a suite is not appreciated. No one requested to clean or replace the things during our stay.

Elevators slow, half out of commission for a big hotel. We experienced a 10 minuet wait at times.
