Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe are having hard time to locate the Makkah Tower registration Office for check-in on our first day. The Office is located in the basement I believe it should be more visible to the public rather looking to find the Main Office consuming a lot of time. Once we were use to with the location it was easy to move around but for new people it will be pain in the neck to find the main Office to check in to your room specially when you are tired and travelling from United States long way to Makkah. That was challenging.
Breakfast was very good. Me and my Wife enjoyed every morning the delicious breakfast. Location was ideal and close to haram.

United KingdomIt is a bit dated in regards to a European/Western standard but it’s not off putting that I wouldn’t come back again.
Location location location! Literally couldn’t have asked for a better place to be. Metres away from the haraam with plenty of amenities and food places situated close by. The cleaners Aminul Islam and MD Shawky where very helpful and well mannered during our stay both sharing there advice and tidying the room to a great standard. I’ve been twice before to Makkah and have had to wait around and then eventually be squashed in the lift to my floor but Makkah towers was smooth as ever. Literally had the lift to myself. WiFi was decent, stronger in the looby.
