We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

China1. Most of staffs don't really speak English, I found trouble communicating. 2. No socket on the desk, which means you cannot work with your laptop on the desk. This is 100% a headache for people traveling for work. (They don't have any extension socket; they will ask you to buy yourselves)

IndiaThe restaurant works only for breakfast. No option for dinner or Lunch. They should open Restaurant atleast 18 hrs. Secondly there is no money exchange near by or in the Hotel or they should accept payment in other Reputed currancies like USD, EURO Etc. etc.
I found lot of people from India visits Riyadh. Being an 4star Hotel, should provide Indian Food in the Breakfast, also. Sprecially for Vegetarians.
