1. Reception staff in afternoon wasn’t very helpful. It took us almost an hour to check in and get a room. 1th room offered was a room for disabled people with a tiny sink and mirror about little above knee height. Why offer this room? Second room wasn’t cleaned Third room was fine but looking out on a dirty wall from the building very close next to it. 2. No buffet breakfast during Ramadan. No problem but mention it at the booking. Set Breakfast in room or restaurant but little choice.

Changed room two times. Once due to bad smell. 2nd time due to lack of facilities (we got handicapped room). The final room was very good, clean and cosy.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. I had left my watch there. I got it back 2 days later with their support.

Wifi was working only in the room, not in the brekfast area nor in the gym; sweet breakfast options were a bit reduced and always covered in plastic so it was a bit hard to tell the actual freshness.

Very central location; room extremely clean and excellently supplied in the bathroom. Loved the little gym and pool, too bad only 2 machines were working, but all was very clean and organized.

Very nice boutique hotel, located at heart of Olaya. Close to very good cafes and restaurants (walking distance). Spacious, clean and well-equipped room. Friendly staff, nice breakfast with a wide range selection of local food.

Bathroom was spacious but fair amenities The price was high but that week all hotels in Riyadh were sold out and exaggerating the price, so their price was still affordable and within normal range for a suite room.

Perfect location in Olaya and directly to king fahad road or olaya road. So easily reach any location in Riyadh. Very cooperative staff and responsive. Good breakfast with varieties but not luxurious like 4-5 hotels and missing egg station however they have 3 ready types of eggs. Spacious suite and rooms as well. They have fair enough gym and small pool plus sauna and steam, I visited the spa but had no time to use. They keep the gym open 24/7 but spa time 6am-8 pm. Very clean room with interesting so many electric points to charge your pc, mobile, headphones, router all at one time at your side. Good desk for working. Plus room service is very good price.

Room was spacious and clean. Wifi was strong. Staffs were helpful. We loved the breakfast. They played a relaxing jazz music in the background so we felt relaxed while having our breakfast. Variety of options were provided. They had a coffee machine for the coffee which was great. About 2 mins walk from the hotel, there are some fast food restaurants available and opposite that road, is a stretch of cafes and teahouse. Around 5 mins walk from the hotel, you can take the public bus to the old town and Souk. There are some shopping centers near the hotel but it's quite high end. We requested for cab to airport and the bellboy helped to get a cab from the main road to the hotel for us. Enjoyable stay. Recommended.
