We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyNot the first time I stayed in this hostel, and with good reason. Very nice host, comfy bed, big common room to chat with other guests and exchange experiences, nice little outdoor area, and easy to reach with city buses from the bus station. Everything you'd need, restaurants, shops, pubs is all in the neighbourhood and also the center is within a walkable distance.

United StatesThere's no air conditioning in the room, but if you leave the door open, the AC from the hall will cool the room. But it's not as private with the door open.
This hostel is in a great location. It's clean and comfortable, and the host is very nice.

SerbiaLocation of the property is great. From the bus station, taxi will cost you only 400 dinars to reach the property (Pan Taxi). It is surrounded by few markets, DM store and quite close to Promenada Shopping Mall. It is clean, quiet and air conditioned. Owner is a great guy. He helped with directions, kept my luggage, and let me stay a bit longer in the living room, after check out, just to be safe from the hit outside (it was 40 degrees), while waiting for my time to go the the station and catch the bus. Highly recommending this hostel.

The hostel host is friendly and hospitable person. He waited for me despite the bad weather and is ready to check in guests at any time if arranged in advance. The hostel itself is conveniently located, it is great for an overnight stay in Novi Sad. The quality exceeds all expectations in this price range! It has everything you need as a traveler. If I visit Novi Sad again, I will stay in here for sure.

Thailand- Wifi is not strong in my room. - There is no stove that you can cook. There is only Microwave but they provide the kitchenware that is possible to put in microwave that you can cook. - The common space have only couch and small table. it's not easy to have a full meal there. - The space is not that suitable for working or do some remote working but it's enough for relaxing and traveling

IndonesiaKeys for the 4 bed-mix dorm room are not provided, may not be an issue for most but I felt a bit exposed as anyone can enter the room. Nevertheless, the owner is very accommodating. He ensures everyone feels comfortable during the stay.
The owner, Zoran, is very nice and accommodating. He let me change my 4-bed mix dorm room to 2-bed mix room once it became available. He also provided me with personal hair dryer! The room and toilet are cleaned daily. And I met 2 wonderful roomates during my stay! Good location too!

Very friendly Host. When I arrived I couldn't find a parking spot and the host helped me find a good place to park my car. He absolutely dropped everything he was doing to help me out, which was heart-warming. Very clean Hostel as well, I really can't say anything bad about this. The location is great, you are within walking distance of all the sights in the city.
