We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Cleaning ladies were very sweet and made sure to let us know if we needed anything extra just to let them know. The spa was beautiful.

CanadaThere is a part of a restaurant where smoking is permitted. The restaurant is trying to accommodate all the guests. The pool is a bit smaller than I expected and a hot tub would be a nice addition if there is space :).
Amazing location, beautiful room with a big balcony overlooking the main walking path. New building with awesome digital lighting system etc. tastefully decorated, big bathroom.

SerbiaHotels Restaurant is OK, but only with Serbian cousin. When I ordered chevap and snitzel it was nice, but salat whith shrimps was bad. Size of shrimp was too small, like food for aquarium fish. And dressing was just lemon. I recommended remove this salad from the menu and not disappoint customers

United StatesMissing a nice lobby as a meet up point ; Maintenance of some common areas could be better - lots of granite/marble in hotel but that should be maintained better. Bathroom missing tissues... small things but again this is rated as 5* hotel so every detail matters.
Great service, friendly staff always ready to help. Breakfast options and service great. Dinner a la carte was excellent as well. Location of hotel cant be beaten as you are right in the middle of everything. If you are bothered but promenade noises and music, pick another hotel! Parking provided as well. Hotel is small but rooms are comfortable and spacious . Modern design and interesting solutions for lack of space. Loved the bathroom design and how much space for shower - and its a rain shower!

Location is just in the center of the Park . There is a busy pedestrian street n front of the hotel but in the evening it was calm. Huge room , rich breakfast.
