We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Nice and very clean room with a balcony. The location had a nice swimming pool which was very welcoming during hot days. Enjoyed the hospitality and good breakfast in the morning. Place to safely stall the bicycle indoors. Worth every penny !

BulgariaVery clean place which is obviously established with lots of love! Extremly friendly host, comfortable beds, serenity, delicious homemade breakfast, aromatic coffee... When we also add Milos' Serbian rakia, we felt as if we were visitng a relative! Just a short distance from Belgrade, we found ourselves in this cosy oasis. We would be more than delighted to visit again and we strongly recommend everyone headed to the Serbian capital to take a detour to Smederevo! Thank you a lot for the wonderful weekend!

The complex is extremely pleasant and well furnished. The studio is equipped with everything necessary for the comfort of the guests. The rooms are very clean and their size is enough for a comfortable stay. There is a nicely furnished yard with a swimming pool and the possibility to go take sun baths. We were extremely impressed by the responsiveness and attentiveness of the owner Milos. He picked us up from the city center for our check in and upon our departure, drove us to the car service where we had left our car the day before. Extremely kind and friendly to all hotel guests, he left an excellent impression on us.

An outstanding accommodation and staying at this location. Our apartment was perfectly clean and airconditioned. Breakfast was deliciuos and all products were absolutely fresh. Milosz, the owner, takes care of you and makes sure that you have got everything you need. We stopped at this location on our way to Vlore, Albania. When we had passed Belgrade our car broke and Milosz found a car mechanic and took us to him, he didn't have to😀 a guy fixed our car on the next day and with a few hour delay we continued our travel, only thanks to Milosz. Next day we checked out around 5 p.m. and the owner didn't want to charge us anything extra, it does not happen nowadays😀 As for the swimming pool, it is very clean and big, our younger daughter didn't want to leave 😀 we are absolutely impressed and we have never had such an experience with a hotel staying. We recommend😀
