We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great, close to the Usce park (perfect for the people who come to the concert), the breakfast was nice and had a big variety of everything. The room itself was nice, beds are comfortable.

BulgariaFor me as "Western" European they only negative surprise was breakfast choice when it comes to cheeses was relatively limited- it was just gouda and a local cheese. The quality of the product that was offered was excellent though. An advice not related to hotel- make sure to book taxis via hotel to get the right ones.
This is clear 5 Star hotel which is meticilous in their cleaning practices and go a long way for their clients. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel was excellent both in terms of service, combination of flavors and quality of the produce. It is reasonably well located, opposite a mall and 20-30 min walking to the very center of Belgrade. Staff was excellent. If you book here and expect worldclass service level with very comfy bed, well sized rooms and bath rooms. Welcome- you have found it.

BelgiumThe ligths in de bathroom could be better - second room i use at this hotel and rather darkish in the bathroom. Price varies a lot from day to day i guess, i paid between 300 and 450 euro. Unclear why as the first time the hotel was much busier than the time i paid over 400 euro.

Fantastic service and accommodation. We received a junior suite upgrade as returning customers. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the Michelin restaurant at the premises is a must visit...there is a huge variety in breakfast options. The parking is spacious and the wifi in excellent speed.

SwitzerlandSadly before we left the hotel to the airport we asked a portir to call us a taxi. From our previous drives we knew approximately the price range. Suddenly the taxi driver says he's working together with the portir and when he calls him he will give 5 Euros to him. He openly admitted that there has been a price difference between driving locals and driving foreigners. So because we're international guests, we should pay 5 euros more so that the portir can profit?? Sorry but all the previously mentioned exceeding work moral from so many other employees gets thrown into the bin by one employee messing it up that much. It's unacceptable to have such a personal business going and to profit on behalf of the international customers. I was initially interested to book Hyatt for my further trips, especially business wise, but after that I'm still left searching for words. But probably the feeling of others trying to make a fool out of you is probably most accurate. Even though so much was perfect during our stay, this whole scene really broke it for us.
Todor exceeded every expectation I had when it comes to being a Concierge. He did not only help with every single request or question I had, he was also thinking a lot of steps in advance so that our stay would be as perfect as possible. The room was huge, spacious and most of all: the temperature was exactly perfect when we entered the room. This is excellence at its best.
