Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

the only thing is that toilet is shared by both genders and you can hear the noise of the other room or the noise from the top floor since we are staying in the ground floor but other than that everything is perfect all the staff are very helpful especially Kaya... will definitely come back here again and recommend this hostel to our friends.

SpainHostel is really well located, close the main center and Skadarlija. Rooms are spacious, comfortable with Airco and they clean every day. Staff is helpful and nice. They also have a big common area downstairs where you can cook, chill or work at ease..

The location is absolutely incredible, making it super convenient to explore the city. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and offers a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The dorm rooms are well-maintained, with cozy beds and plenty of space for personal belongings. For the price, it's an excellent choice for budget travelers who still want a high level of comfort and accessibility. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Located in the midst of the Old Town entertainment area, there was never a moment you could not explore a new area for bars and restaurants. The Queen Room I booked was large and had a comfortable bed. Heating was good.

FranceI really enjoyed my stay in the hostel, in the only female room. Owner and Employee are really helpful and it is interesting to talk to them. Hostel has every basic thing you migh need. There are individual locker which close with keys in the room. Overall it is clean and conform to the description. Location is really nice, in a pedestrian street, quite calm but with many bars and restaurants nearby. I took shuttle from the airport to the hostel with them since I was arriving late and it was nice service.

RussiaI stayed more than once in this hostel and I liked it very much. Atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable, staff is ready to accommodate you and improve your stay as much as possible. Despite that the hostel is located in the centre near Scadarlia street, inside was very quiet. I stayed in 2 dorms, one for 4 women was absolutely quite and cosy, the other dorm faced the street and it was a little bit loud in the evenings, but earplugs solved the problem. Location is very good, a lot of buses can get you to any part of the city. Beds are comfortable, each is equipped with socket and locker. Common areas - baths and kitchen - are with all necessary stuff. Lobby between floors and in kitchen area with a lot of couches and sofas where you can spend your free time.
