Location is excellent, right in the old town. The room was big, felt like an apartment as it had separate kitchen area. Breakfast was very tasty!

The only bad thing was that there is no elevator, and it is really not ideal when traveling with 2 kids (2 baby strollers).

Location was great. Minutes of walk away from the main square. Room was nice, we actually got 2 separate bedroom spaces, with a nice balcony. Breakfast was nice.

Very cozy little hotel located very centrally in Novi Sad. Exceptional staff that goes the extra mile. A tip is to enjoy a morning coffee in the outdoor cafe. A tip is to book one of the larger rooms with a round bed, the bed is huge and comfortable.

The style of this large, rambling hotel is decidedly bohemian in nature. Don't expect a hotel where everything is shiny and new. Instead, think of an establishment that has been around for years and shows some wear and tear. But it is quite charming. The manager was wonderful, the room was more than adequate. A big plus is the underground parking.

Great location of the hotel, everything is nearby, beautiful city. The breakfasts were good, the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, there was covered parking, which was very convenient.

There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. I didn’t mind but maybe someone with walking difficulties should ask for a room on ground floor :)

A wonderful place in the city center. Close to everything and with a traditional restaurant on the premises it provides the best accommodation and delicious food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It's a really beautiful hotel in the city center! They upgraded the room for us, so we stayed in an apartment with a balcony which was great and very clean with all the amenities you will need. The staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options! We also had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was really nice. We'll definitely want to stay there again on our next visit!

- Access to the hotel's parking garage is not straight forward and the guidance provided by the hotel is not clear. It is an underground garage on the side road of the hotel, and you need to inform the hotel reception when wanted to get in and out. Not very convenient when arriving because you need to briefly stop on the road and go in the hotel to ask for the garage door to be lifted open. - The coffee machine at breakfast works with instant coffee (Nescafe) for both espresso and cappuccino.

- Very big room with a nice view over the street. - Buffet breakfast with large variety of options to choose from. Moreover, many freshly baked goods (breads, pastries etc.) - Very central location.
