Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Serbialack of staff. Friendly workers from the restaurant work at the reception, they are not trained, there is a long wait. Some monkey manager or whatever is unprofessional, unkind and rude to the staff and guests. Because of him, never again to that hotel again.

SerbiaReceptionist was very unprofessional. In apartman air conditioner control by staff. They putt on when they want. Cleaner come in room to chek what you doing. You have option on door not enter or clean but they dont respect that. When you ask for pool and spa they give you little info, probably because they rent for city people, and you must reserve today for tomorow.
We like Coffee bar and breakfast and staf in bar.

HungarySome minor things, but all due to the renovation and they will be OK withinh a month or so.
We spent one night there and value for money was very good. I've read several negative comments on Google, but currently the hotel is OK. 2nd and 3rd floor was already renewed and the 1st is in progress. Everything new, the shower area is huge. They have several parking spots. The breakfast is OK, not exceptional, but you have options. Bar is OK, they are very helpful.

I specifically liked the breakfast, I think it was quite good for this price. The room was also good, especially the shower. Another good thing was the personnel, they were really friendly.

AustraliaThe Facilities in the Hotel are not for a 4 star Hotel. The guests use the unfinished facilities. (No lock on bathroom door, bathroom sink is unfinished, bad smell in rooms. Bed sheets are washed but with a bad smell. Floor is dirty and sticky. One of the rooms we had looked like many guests used only that room.

CroatiaThe hotel is situated quite far from Belgrade city center - about 40 minutes by city bus and ONLY ONE line of the city bus that is usually crowded. Therefore, this hotel is better for travelers who come by their own car. Also, the reception does not work 0-24 (even though I was told that it works 0-24) and that can be very uncomfortable in the case you have to do check-out early in the morning.
The hotel is quite new (or renewed), the breakfast was O.K., and the personnel seem to be nice.
