To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandRoom wasn't serviced while I was there but I was given fresh towels etc when I asked. I am unsure if I was meant to request a room service so that could have been my mistake. A hotel manual in room would be helpful, detailing nearby shops, restaurants, attractions , transport to city centre etc
Hotel lovely. Room a great size and balcony super. Pool was a life saver in 37 degree heat. Staff very helpful especially organising taxis. Staff always responded promptly to any queries.

SloveniaWhen my daughter and I arrived at the hotel, I was disturbed that the price of the stay was different from what was confirmed. We kind of worked it out, but we still paid more than we should have. We had previously reserved a garage, which the hotel confirmed, but upon arrival the garage was not available. In this regard, I therefore request that the amount for the one-time use of the garage be refunded to my credit card, we did not use it for three days, but only for two. The cleanliness of the room could also be better, especially the mirrors in the room and the bathroom could be cleaned better. The same applies to window glass.
We were satisfied with our stay, the staff is very helpful, the breakfast is varied and good, the location of the hotel is excellent. I will definitely come again sometime.

MontenegroShampoo dispenser was empty. Upon taking a shower I flooded the floor. The location is good only if you have business nearby. The bus timetable is not convenient, the taxi to the center costs 10EUR.
A huge double bad. Spacious room. Kettle with different types of tea in the room. Breakfast was excellent, I even had it twice as it was served from 7:30 to 11. Swimming pool was nice and lounge zone was at its best.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. It was fairly clean and quiet. The reception helped us with reserving taxis. The room itself was a okay, nothing special but nothing to complain about.
