Apartment (no.10) where we stayed was really spacious, the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on, everything was very clean, towels were changed once per day. Pool and Spa was amazing, you need to make a reservation in which time you want to enjoy, in the morning there was lack of people and we had whole spa (Pool, Finish steam bath, Turkish steam bath) for ourselves. Hosts were very polite and helpful, breakfast was very rich with domestic products, pies, vegetables, fruits, cakes, etc. Position of the building is on very good location, event that all around was one huge construction site (city center), we have enjoyed in the silence.

None. The only minor concern is swimming pool was crowded at times, they operate from 9am to 8pm. I wish there was an extended hours for the pool, it is kind of too much to ask since they need time for housekeeping and cleaning.

Almost everything. The apartment was clean and tidy. It is situated perfectly away from the center and there's a grocery store approx. 100m from the property. You could take a nice stroll to the center, yet indulge in peacefulness of the neighborhood. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. They do serve an exceptional breakfast.

Is’s in the center of Zlatibor, with almost no trees around so it’s more like a city hotel. Small parking.

When the hotel is full, there are not enough parking places for all the cars. Even when not completely full, there were times when we were unable to park at the hotel parking lot. Everything else was great! Just a suggestion, it would have been nice to have coffee/tea in the apartment.

Great facilities, very clean, friendly staff. The apartment was really great and had all the necessities. The spa was also great and very clean. The breakfast was awesome, excellent selection of food. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony!

The breakfast could have been little better

The apartment was wonderful. The spa was terrific. The host was very helpful and kind. The location and view from the apartment was great, the pictures at the backdrop of scenic Zlatibor came out really well. I highly recommend this place for couples and family.

Parking garage is a little to far, but no complains.

They don’t have functional ACs, at 22:30 pm it was 29C in our room, during the day temp going up to 40C at the town. we traveled with two toddlers and we couldn’t open the windows because it was infested with mosquitos. They changed our room, luckily, but still one small AC for a duplex apt, AC located at living room not at the rooms.

Staff was really nice, breakfast is good, pool area was clean and tight.

While booking I asked to provide a quite room with good view.. What I got - see on photo (ground floor, view on the parking). Hotel was 1/4 full maximum..

Everything else was good (spa, breakfast, room). Staff is helpful and welcoming.

Availability and working hours of the spa centre. It is nonsense that you have to reserve in advance every time you want to use it. You are limited to 90 minutes a day, and in adition to that entire spa can be rented after 18h by someone who is willing to pay 70 euros for whole spa. So it means altough spa is officially open until 20:00, if someone rents it, you just cant use it after 18:00. Very unpleasant staff at the bar. It is just not polite to make faces to people that come to ask you something. It is obvious that these girls are in some type of bad relationship between themselves, just complaining one to each other and making guests feeling uncomfortable during stay at the bar.

Location is amazing. It is located in the very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by the nature, and in same time 10 minutes walking from the main square. Apartments are big and comfortable, very good value for the money.
