Free parking places are insufficient, even the ones you have to pay for are not enough, we got one but there were people that didn't receive one. The pillows are very unconfortable. The spa is quute expensive for what is offers, I wouldn't try it again.

The bus that is taking you to the center ist quite usefull, the location is ok and the breakfast is good as well. There is a restaurant there as well in case you are not eating in the center. There is also an ATM.

Parking. Not even close enough parking lots for the number of guests, although they offer free parking. The staff were not helpful, even worse, they were not interested and told us to find the parking by ourselves in the middle of the night. They offered payed, expensive garage in the end. IPTV is also bad, we could not watch TV most of the time, with delays and shuttering. Internet was also unstable from time to time.

We liked the appartment. Nicely furnished, clean, pleasant view, big window in the living room. Bus transport to the ski center. Breakfast is ok.

It was nkt renovated the appartment some things were broken and it was a dkg who permanently was sleeping in front of the door making noise sometime and dog hair everywhwere.

The apartment was very dirty, I was to the reception and requested to clean it but they didn´t do it. The cleaning ladies didn´t use the vacuum at all. We had hair (not from us) in the bathrooms, on the carpets and dust every where. The buses that went to the sloaps where heavily filled with persons. No body weared protection masks in the hotel, at lunch, in the buss. The water at the SPA in the children area was cold. The girls at the reception give the rooms as they want. The good rooms are given to the Serbian people and the rest to the foreigners.

PRO - the food was excelent at the hotel restaurant. The service by the restaurant was fast and good. Another good thing was that the hotel had a bus that transports you from the hotel to the sloaps. The luch was ok, the personal staff was ok at the morning lunch. Another PRO is for the guys who worked at the sloaps where you can let your ski equipment over night. Also the heating of the boots is very good.

Very good. The coffee can be improved....Always something new, also they have fruits. Overall very nice.Very clean and neat.

reception stuff was rude, especially the girls. they didn’t provide any info to any of our questions. parking was not public and available and we had to pay extra for a parking not really close to our room, we had to walk with full ski equipment and our kids to the car and back. Spa was super expensive we paid 70€/day for 4 persons (adults and kids) just to use the swimming pool. bed mattress was extremely soft, our backs hurt. we got food poisoning from the hotels restaurant.

nothing only exception was the tall guy who helped us with the luggage and parking when we checked in, thank you man!

Balconies are not available in any room. Pity as weather is great and you can enjoy fresh air. Also, Spa and pool is not included and is pretty pricey as extra charges.
