The first thing, upon arrival, was a coffee station with a sign for the price of coffee. THIS IS NOT VERY WELCOMING. I mentioned this to the lovely receptionist saying that it is the first hotel that we have stayed at to charge arriving guests for a cup of coffee. This unwelcoming gesture is something that we will remember.

The hotel was very nice, although, a very busy location. It's within walking distance to many attractions. The staff is very courteous. The ladies working in the restaurant at breakfast time were indifferent and didn't look happy.

Convenient location, walking distance to every part of the canter, parking is across the street and easy to find. Note that the street in front of the hotel is forbidden for traffic, bus and taxi only. Gorgeous Vue from the terrasse. You can enjoy your morning coffee gazing the city. Breakfast was very good and people extremely polite.

Unfortunately, the rooftop restaurant was under renovation, and no one told us or put a note in the lift at least. We discovered it only when we got there and saw the construction materials everywhere. A bit weird.

Perfect location just next to the buses to take you (for free!) to any part of the city (including the airport), and also both old town and modern part are close by foot. The property is new and neat. Despite a lot of buses are standing just next to the entrance, the sound insulation is good enough to mitigate this. If you can get a room at the upper floors, you wouldn’t even notice that there are buses and active traffic. We were on the first floor, and it was still fine. The spa area is not big and costs additional 5 euros per person, but this is probably the reason you can be there all by yourself own, which we enjoyed. The rooms and beds are good, nothing to complain about.

- The glass wall in the bathroom was inconvenient, especially when traveling with a child – no real privacy. The curtain was on the room side and could easily be opened, which made things uncomfortable. - The spa was small, required advance booking, and the saunas had an unpleasant smell

- Convenient location – about 10 minutes’ walk to the city center (Knez Mihailova Street) with plenty of shops and cafes. - Quick check-in and check-out, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. - Breakfast was decent – not a huge variety, but enough to keep you full.

Restaurant was closed for referb. We were not aware until we arrived. Sauna and steam room not working when we used the pool. Small things like sink plug and shower not working spoilt stay

Couldn't really heat up the sauna, Mirror couldn't be fully opened because of the door hinge.

Its my second time here and to be honest I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Location is great. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

The position of the hotel is great as it is very near the central area, nearby Terazije and Knez Mihajlova street.

Overall very positive - excellent location, breakfast, spa facilities. Our room was also nice yet might require some renovation soon. Very important for Belgrade - no smoking smell in the room. Only one downside I can think off is poor sound proofing between rooms. We got loud neighbours, could hear too much noise
