From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, every request we had was fully satisfied. The staff was incredibly pleasant, professional, and always eager to help, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. I want to give a huge shoutout to the front office and especially to housekeeping team. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and well-cared for throughout my stay. On top of that, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, with everything you could possibly need. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious. I am vegetarian and I had so many options to choose. Restaurant is located on top level with one of the best views in Belgrade. Spa was impeccably clean as well and the pool water was at the perfect temperature. Sauna is comfortable -though I wouldn’t mind a slightly higher temperature for a deeper effect. One suggestion for the steam room would be to add herbal infusions, such as eucalyptus, mint, lavender, rosemary, or chamomile, or some natural herbal sachets. Overall experience 10/10 and would definitely come back

Please, make something with a panel of conditioner. It was so light at night, and we had to create some sort of system to cover it somehow. The breakfast is okay, otherwise add a soy milk!!!

The walls are a bit thin, and I could hear other guests talking in their rooms. I understand that hotels are sometimes built this way, with connected air systems, but personally, I prefer quieter rooms where I don’t hear other guests.

Location, Hotel, Restaurant, Spa, Staff all are very good. Don't have any complaints on that worth the money.

Since buses depart right in front of the hotel, the soundproofing should be better – the noise from the buses could be heard in the room. The hotel was generally cold. We had difficulty heating the room and had to keep the bathroom door closed to warm it up; otherwise, it wouldn’t heat properly. SPA visits require reservations, which is fine. We followed the rules, made a reservation at the reception, and went to the SPA at our designated time. However, when we arrived, a staff member approached us, and despite explaining that we had a reservation, she didn’t understand us and told us to go to the reception. We had to return to the reception in our swimsuits to explain the situation. The reception staff were surprised and called the SPA staff to explain the situation. The issue likely wasn’t due to bad intentions but rather because the staff member didn’t speak English. However, since there was an option to call the reception, she could have contacted them directly instead of making us walk three floors up in swimsuits.

The hotel is located near bus stops, and while it’s not in the very center, the location can still be considered good. The breakfast was nice, with sufficient options. There were no issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. The reception was very good and helpful. The rooms were pleasant.

Loose maintenance of the room, Noisy entrance right in front of the hotel from a major bus terminal , you cannot open the window even for one minute … so smoke from the bus comes in… the 2nd floor …

The fan in the bathroom was working repeatedly and cannot stop it working. I asked the reception to solve it or give me another room and they said that its like that in all the rooms. Its a little frustrating and light sleepers might have trouble sleeping.

The location was very good, 4 minutes from Knez Michailova. Breakfast at the roof top restaurant, with nice view of the city and the river. Very nice lobby and friendly staff.

Such an amazing hotel - really stylish but at the same time welcoming. Staff all super professional & friendly. Breakfast buffet excellent quality & variety in the top floor with outstanding view over the city. Highly recommend booking into a dinner as well - fantastic ambience & meal at the restaurant. Spa facilities very nice. Hot pool, sauna, steamroom facilities - be sure to reserve a slot in advance. Very comfortable hotel room - peaceful, comfortable, a good night sleep. Very well located near to the city centre - fantastic proximity to the old part of town. Would definitely re-book this hotel if returning to Belgrade. We stayed for 6x nights , giving us time to explore Belgrade & take some excursions to Uvac canyon, Djerdap National Park, Lepenski Vir, Golubac Fortress, Krusedol Monastery & Novi Sad, courtesy of Belgrade Walking Tours. We also took a YugoCar tour courtesy of Yugotour. Highly recommend to stay in Belgrade and explore Serbia for a good week long vacation if you can (it’s more than just a weekend city break - in my honest opinion)

Very good stay on our city break holiday. Very nice SPA! We booked for every morning 8:00. And there was nobody every day!!! Only we!! Very nice breakfast! Tasty and variable every day. Very friendly and nice staff!!!
