I wish I could've stayed longer!

🏡 This is one of the nicest and most stylish apartments I've ever stayed at. I booked based on the wonderful reviews and they were spot on. It was like staying at a home away from home - excellent furnishings, decoration and all the amenities travellers may need. Note that it is not a studio, but a decent-sized apartment, spotlessly clean. It has a entrance hall area, with a rack to hang your things and a cute houndstooth-patterned foot stool. The living room is really spacious with a comfy L-shaped sofa, air con, smart TV and nice dining area. Well-equipped kitchen with glassware, crockery coffee machine, teas and even kitchen towel (hey, comes in handy!) and a decent-sized standalone fridge. The bathroom is a good size with a shower and you can even use the washing machine. The bedroom is a good size, with a comfy big bed, rug, full sized wardrobe and iron. Fast wifi across the whole apartment. Very quiet, didn't hear any noise from the streets so rested well at night. 📍The neighbourhood is rather upmarket, peaceful with lots of nice places around and you don't see that many tourists so feels like local Belgrade life. On the corner you have a little store, very handy. Within walking distance to the more tourist centre, Skardalija, Botanical garden - I found it very convenient to walk everywhere and continue exploring beautiful Belgrade. Last but not least Viktor is a kind, interesting and generous host, very thoughtful and great communication from start to finish. Хвала ти за све!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Loved every single thing about this apartment, and the wonderful host, Viktor. Nothing was too much trouble for him - he came and met me and my driver when I arrived (because the street was closed due to construction), and later that evening when I couldn’t operate the TV, he came over to show me how to use it. The apartment is spacious, clean, with everything you could possibly need - detergent for the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Good quality sheets and towels (not threadbare like in some apartments on Airbnb), and the couch and bed were super comfy! The location is great - it’s a pretty area - especially at the end of the street where the apartment block is located. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to the old town and main attractions, but there’s also plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. There’s a couple of mini markets a few minutes walk from the apartment, and if you need to do a bigger shop, there’s a huge Lidl only 7 mins walk. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveller and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This apartment is perfect.

We were delayed on our journey and arrived in Belgrade much later than expected. I messaged our hosts en-route and they were extremely understanding. They met us at the apartment when we arrived - four hours later than expected! The apartment is very comfortable. Soft bed linens, cosy comforters, lots of towels, well-equipped kitchen and good Wifi. They include simple things that mean a lot like detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher tabs. This is an older apartment that's well-decorated. It has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. It's also very quiet yet close to everything. We walked everywhere. It's even nicer than the photographs! We've been traveling for nearly 5 months - this is the first apartment that felt like home. Viktor and Irina are a lovely couple, very welcoming and extremely helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay in Belgrade.

1st floor and as a result - dark flat, my gf was scared of the window to the small and narrow yard, TV cannot support loud sound (speakers are bad) so it's not possible to watch film sitting on sofa

Everything was great.

It is an excellent apartment with a fantastic location, just 15 min by walking from Republic Square, the main meeting point in Belgrade, or just two bus stops. The apartment is fantastic, in a very quiet street, near good restaurants, tourist attractions, local markets, etc. In addition, the apartment is very well-furnished and full of everything necessary for a great stay. Viktor, the apartment's owner, was simply fantastic; I have no words to express our gratitude to him. He picked us up at the bus station upon our arrival and provided us with a taxi on our departure. As well as he provided us with all the information regarding places to visit and to eat. Bearing in mind that I am a well-traveled person, know many countries, and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, I have never had such a warm and friendly welcome as Viktor provided us. You must visit the Belgrade Fortress, Republic Square, Saint-Sava Church (simply the Best), Nicholas Tesla Museum, Kalemegdan Park, Nebojša Tower to watch the sunset at Statue Le Vainqueur, where the Rivers Sara and Danubie join together, Tower Gardos, Moskva Hotel, and the most important, walk around the streets and parks that surround Republic Square. To eat at Stara Herzegovina, just one minute's walk from the apartment, a suggestion provided by Viktor, is a must: just local food and drinks, excellent and cheap food.

Everything was great!

Everything about this apartment was amazing. You are in the center but in a quite neighborhood where you have everything you need. The host was great- punctual and really friendly. It was easy to make an agreement when it comes to collecting the keys. The apartment is cozy, beautifully designed and equipped. It was really really clean. I will come again for sure. Everything was perfect!

We loved everything about this apartment from start to finish! The apartment is practically new, everything is very clean l, nicely styled and it has all the necessary facilities. The location is also perfect as it’s located in a quiet area of Belgrade yet very close to the center (walking). Overall very comfortable stay, great and welcoming owners! Will definitely stay again!

1. When we checked-in the host told us that the washing machine had broken. He agreed to repair it only we asked about it. But after all it worked well.
