We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful hotel with 5-star service. Rooms are gorgeous, spacious, quiet and thoughtfully decorated. The restaurant is outstanding. The menu would be appealing to most international travelers. Breakfast was robust. Housekeeping staff was top-notch and provided 5-star service.

United KingdomTHEY DONT TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS FOR THE TOP MOSR 5 star hotel; costing in excess of £200 per night!! Truly UNBELIEVABLE! I have passed my comments on to Amex as Romania is a MASSIVE OPPORTUNITY for them. Luckily I had taken English pounds in cash; but I can only dread to think what may have happened if I didn’t have the cash. THEY MUST GET THIS RESOLVED OR THEY WILL LOSE THEIR 5 star customers!! Even the duty free shops at Timisoara Airport (part of the European Union) didn’t take Amex cards!!!! I almost fell over when they told me that.
Sheer level of cleanliness, architectural excellence and quality detail to every aspect of my suite. Absolutely breathtaking!! The staff were par excellence; and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the soya milk I had requested before arrival was already in my mini fridge. Sound proofed walls are a great innovation as I was listening to my Indian music at some volume.

ItalyIn the struggle between design and comfort, design won. Light switches, sink, toilet paper holder etc. etc. are very nice but uncomfortable to use. The design lamps in the hall are either mounted crooked or already miss some parts, the coffee table in the room broken. The overall impression is that the designer has tried to create a cosy and high design ambience using cheap copies of the expensive furniture and lighting brands, which is fine ... but needs to be properly maintained in a hotel that aims for the 5 star level. I hope you take it as constructive criticism for improvement;)
New hotel a bit off the beaten path but because of this very quiet and comfortable. Nice warm finishes and one can feel the touch of designer everywhere. Great food in the hotel restaurant. Very comfortable bed and general sleeping experience. Friendly and prepared staff.

RomaniaWe had a normal room, and the bathroom was a little tight. Apart from this, all was very comfortable and designed with a great taste for style.
We liked our stay very much, I strongly recommend it if you travel to Timisoara! The restaurant is very chic, as well as the entire hotel, loved the design. Everything was very clean, the staff very very friendly and ready to help or guide you, breakfast was delicious - we had the best omelets ever!

RomaniaWe really enjoyed our stay at Zet Hotel. The hotel is brand new and managed by people that really care about you enjoying the time spent with them. The restaurant was excellent with Michelin style food, great taste, awesome presentation and fair prices for the quality. Breakfast was also special because they prepare you eggs benedict (and other brunch like plates) on order and with the same quality as the dinner experience in the restaurant. Location is not in the city center but its easy to get there by bus or car.

SwitzerlandEven though it was Christmas when we stayed I would expect at least a bar (if not also the restaurant) to be opened in the 5* hotel. Aside from a small mini bar, there was nothing we could order to eat or drink.
The hotel is brand new and very nice. Breakfast was nice and high quality but not really a lot of choice. Room was very clean and nicely furnished.

RomaniaOur room was located on one side of the hotel which faces a block of flats, at a very close distance, meaning that we had to keep the curtains close at all times in order to have privacy. Same for the bathroom area.. really inconfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to help but they need training - from reception to restaurant. Breakfast was poor by all standards - options and quality. Location is remote, city center can be reached by taxi / Uber - approx 5 EUR for a 10-12 min ride.
The hotel is new and clean. Covenient parking, free of charge, within the premises.
