I will comeback, this is my new favourite place, but, as I've already mentioned to the owners, we will need beds and not sofabeds, they were not comfortable at all. But this is a small minus, if you stay for 2 days as we did.

It should have been good to have a kettle in the cabin because we left early (8am) to hike and the access to the common kitchen was closed.

We choose the “chalet”, a nice cabin in the woods close to the main house. It is fully furnished with two double size beds, a private bathroom, fridge, closet, bed sheets, towels, paper and soap. The common kitchen was well furnished and clean. The location is perfect to go to hike to Bucegi mountains and the view over the mountains is stunning! The access to the hot tub is delightful!

We were never granted access, so we were unable to stay there as a result

I have repeatedly contacted bookings about this horrific issue that occurred. This host was a no-show, was never there. I have repeatedly reached out to bookings, all by contacting thru your customer service link, because I cannot make an international call as a cost me $10 per minute! It’s outrageous that this occurred. So at 10 o’clock at night, we had to scramble to look for another reservation, which you can see, as evidenced by our second booking on the same day. This host was a no-show!!!!, I have a video walking around the entire property. There is an automatic light going on and off at what looks like the front entrance. We knocked on all doors, they were I believe 4 around the property, it was dark, it was scary, no one ever came out. So we got back in the car and beeped our horn for on and off for about 20 minutes. Still, nobody came to allow us access to the listing we paid for. It’s impossible to reach Bookings in any other way with urgent matters other than calling. This is not fair to your Customers and Travlers, particularly the international ones who don’t have that type of phone plan. I need another way to be able to contact Bookings when there is an emergency such as this, I’ve had several due to fictitious locations. I am extremely upset by the lack of response from Bookings. Exceptionally upset with this creepy no show host. I am happy to provide the video of walking around the property and knocking on the doors. We NEVER would’ve gone through this if we had gotten access, please just use some common sense Bookings.!! Further, on your site, which I sent numerous emails, and contacted the host on your site numerous times, I have not received the decency of ONE response regarding this Unacceptable matter from either of you!!!! Bookings promises on your site “response within 24 hour, yet it is well past that, STILL WITH ZERO RESPONSE!!!!! What horrific customer service, and what a horrific host

No any nets on the windows. Also in the bathroom no any hook to put the towel, no curtains to get a shower and water everywhere... The swimming pool was so green color, not Blu likeon the picture. It's visible that did change water long time.

I like that our family was separated from all the guests, in the wood.

Staff approach, we were given keys and that is it. No one to explain to us how to access the swimming pool for example, how to check out, is there a wifi, what are facilities, how to contact the owner. A guy gave us a key. That is it. I feel forgotten.No wifi in the chalet, even though it was on the offer. Bathroom with the toilet, when one takes a shower, there is water on the floor of the whole room. Very steep drive way. Long walk from the city. Overall very good for someone looking for a place outside the town.

There is no soundproofing, you can hear the train and the road from the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. The property stated that the swimming pool was open and when we arrived there was no swimming pool at all. It was clearly bait and switch and we didn't get any compensation for it.

The place is old but it was clean.

I booked a room with two single beds and prived bathroom. When I got there the host ofered me a room with a double bed and a single bed no prived bathroom or a room with a double bed and a prived bathroom.

The view over the mountains was splendid.
