for a 5 star hotel I was expected to see a Nesspresso machine in the room, not an instant coffee

The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, calm and clean area, located in a peaceful town. The kids loved the pool, kids club, and the hotel's grounds. The breakfast is tasty, but it lacks pastries, cookies, and dessert. They have excellent spa treatments. It's worth trying.

- exterior jacuzzi while great, it needs some improvements: too much chlorine and too cold water - accommodation prices are too high

- good selection of fruits, pastries, salty breakfast options - good restaurant inside the hotel - the big pool in the spa area was better than at other hotels - comfortable bed and pillows, warm rooms - free parking was appreciated and a must in Poiana Brasov considering the parking prices

-Nice location -Everything was very clean, starting with the room and ending with the spa area! The swimming pool (the water was 30 degrees Celsius), the saunas, the jacuzzis are absolutely flawless ! -The staff is generally well trained with a relaxed but professional attitude -The food is good but a bit overpriced -Big parking area

Bit of noisy kids racing on the corridors towards midnight, missing parental supervision.

We enjoyed the room, kind of chic, modern bathroom with glass door& wall, large bed. Balcony towards fir trees and silence, quite restful. Breakfast was very good, as expected, no super fancies. We had dinner at Altitude restaurant, a la carte - good food, excellent service. Same service level at lobby bar! Pool was accessible, not crowdy, awesome outside jacuzzi. Deep tissue massage was perfect.

We had an issue with the room, the garbage was not take from the room on our arrival so we questioned the sanitation of the room. We asked for a prenatal massage, they said they are prepared for it but they were not, the staff had no idea how to perform it so it was a waste of money.

The spa area and facilities are very nice. Food is very good and also the serving was great. I have great words for the staff. Location is right in the middle of the city very close to all attractions.

The hotel didnt seems to be fully booked and yet we got a room with only two small windows so its been hard to vantilate the room. In pne of the morning (monday) the breakfest took place in some small room and not the main area and there was much less food and it wasnt been as good as all other days.(no explain were given)

Very good breakfast, indeed over many of other hotels from other countries I visited. That "slanina" and "jumeri" were awesome to see. Good food overall.

Some parts of the hotel feel old, but nothing important.

My first experience at Ana Hotels left me impressed with their service quality. The staff was exceptional, and their exceptional service more than made up for any shortcomings the hotel may have had. Both the restaurant and spa were excellent, though a bit pricey, they were well worth it.
