In the middle of Mamaia resort.

Lovely apartment in perfect location could not be faulted ln anyway. + The location was ideal for enjoying Mamaia resort . A short stroll to the beach, bus station and to the grocery store that is very convenient placed near the apartament. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed perfect in fact. Quiet situation ensuring a good nights sleep. Contact from the owners was excellent.

I really liked the apartment 😍 I would like to note that the owner is very friendly and polite, so an atmosphere of good relaxation and good mood is created. Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white towels. Everything you need is there. We were very pleased. The sea is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Very nice place and clean ! I really recommended! We was a family with 2 kids and to adults and enough space to enjoy ! I really love the view ! 2 min walk to the see and all restaurants ,a very nice park for kids front of the building !

Perfect apartament for us, very big, clean, not far away from town and beach . The position is beautiful as you can you see the lake and the sea. The host is extremely helpful which makes your holiday more enjoyable. We will definitely come back hope very soon

A downside was the noise from the outside. The property is next to a very busy street in Mamaia and especially if you’re unlucky to get a room directed to it the noise from the cars and people is pretty disturbing during the night.

The property has pretty much everything you need for a confortable stay. We were able to cook and enjoy our stay indoors as well. Everything was clean. Also, the property managers were very nice and helpful.

Kitchen has very few utensils but there are many restaurants nearby. This did not spoil our stay.

There literally wasn't anything that disappointed us.

The owner will go above and beyond the satisfy your wishes! The room is spacious and has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a big refrigerator and a freezing compartment. We wanted to stay a night longer, which we decided last minute. The owner did everything in his power to arrange this for us! As soon as you arrive you can get your key to the apartment at the reception, and a remote control for the parking garage the leave your car (if needed), which didn't cost anything extra. This stay has exceeded our expectations and is well worth the cost!

There were minor things that were no ok in the beginning (not enough forks, internet connection not working), but Stefan found a quick solution for all of them (again, very good communication).

First of all, it is a saying that the man honors the place. Stefan is a great host of a great place. The communication with him was flawless, he responded very quickly to all our requests. The apartment we've stayed in (no 41), was a 2 bedroom apartment and it was nice and cozy. Clean, big enough for 5 persons (2 adults + 3 kids), great for a small vacation like we had. The location is perfect, quite close to all the things you need: beach, restaurants, market... The place has a private parking.
