The lights were too bright/ no night lamps. Squicky floors.

Prime location: right in the 'Piata Mica' of Sibiu. Nice and safe. Historical building newly renovated with high ceilings in the heart of the city. Large suite tastefully decorated with balcony (however, no view). The room is very spacious and divided into 2 separate areas. Comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were helpful and professional. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was excellent about this place. Starting with the host, which was very open and friendly, she allowed us free breakfast as the booking didn't include it, she allowed also to change the room to fit our needs. The place is new and cozy, the rooms are very large, extremely spacious, very clean, all the comfort you need. It is located right in the Old Center, in Piata Mica, the best location we stayed in Sibiu. There is free wifi, TV sets in each room, a small and cozy terrace which we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast is not very varied but it has quality stuff, we enjoyed this type of breakfast. We will totally come back here!

Everything is perfect.

Every time we come to Sibiu we like to stay at Sia Boutique. The room is very big and comfortable, the terase as well, the staff is very kind and attentive. And the location is right inside Piata Mica.

I loved everything about this beautiful boutique hotel: the location is perfect, right in the middle of the Piata Mica and we had everything we needed in the room, including a wine bottle on the house (how amazing is that?!). The entire place is super clean and very modern decorated and we felt like home away from home.

No parking and no shower, just a tub.

-No reception desk or even any pre-arrival instructions on how to enter the location, you have to go to the restaurant to find employees there who can call the hotel staff. -Wifi is extremely weak. -The room is spacious but lacking even basic amenities like chairs to sit on, or a desk. No coat hangars. -Very little outside light in the room. -The so-called"balcony" is a little wooden deck that sits facing a huge brick wall (of the adjoining building) barely 2m in front of your face, with zero view of anything. Basically only good for a smoke. -The "apartment" has no kitchen or kitchenette, and is fitted even less that a standard hotel room (not even a chair to sit on...) -Central heating was way too hot, but any changes to the radiator valves caused massive pipe screeching. We ended up sleeping with open windows.

-The location is good. -Everything is new and clean. -The attached restaurant is fine. Once the location decides "are we an aparthotel or are we a true hotel" and acts accordingly, I think they will be fine.

The room heating system was not sufficient. Also, light came from the connecting window of the next room until midnight and I could not sleep. There was constant noise at 3 a.m. and I couldn't sleep. Since its location is in the center, there is no parking lot and this is a serious problem for those with luggage.

The room interior and interior design are of very high quality.
