Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Rich and tasty breakfast,paved rear parking on premises with cctv and bright flood lights,elevator and card access to rooms. As a side note is very nice to deal with young staff which to many of us surprise are very educated and well mannered.

IsraelThe curtains in the room were not enough to stop the sunlight from entering on sunrise. As the hotel is on the highway, there is a little noise heard in the room. However, it was not at a disturbing level.
I needed a place to stay on the long trip from the north of Romania to Bucharest. I specifically chose a hotel outside the city and on the highway. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Very good "value for money".

NorwayThe only negative remark would be the hard bed, but I usually prefer a quite soft one. If you prefer it firm, it might just be your taste.
The staff was more than we expected, polite and helpful. The breakfast was just overwhelming, being served at the table. The room was more spacious than at other hotels we visit. We really recommend staying at this place.

Good hotel out of Brasov, about 10 mins by car from the city center. Despite it's located in a quite caotic street the room was really quite. Our room was large and clean. A special mention to the reception staff. They're so young and so lovely, always kind and welcoming. Good breakfast too.

RomaniaThe reason I picked this location was for visiting Brasov and surroundings (Poiana Brasov, Sinaia, etc) which seems to be just right, having quick access to Brasov City Centre along with quick exits to North, East and South. The facility is perfect for 1-2 night stays, with big and comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Even if the Hotel is located in the proximity of aa crossroads, the windows are perfectly isolating from the noise outside. The staff is always helpful and the breakfast was enough for not being hungry in the next 4 or 5 hours. We had eggs, sausages, cheese, some sorts of salami, along with vegetables, coffee, sweets and juice (bear in mind the restaurant is offering breakfast only). In a nutshell this Hotel matched our expectations and will always recommend when visiting the Brasov area and not only.

Really comfort beds. Big rooms. Great breakfast served (not buffet). Clean! Vlad, the operator if this motel, replied within minutes to our requests. Super friendly! Lidl nearby
