The real rating should be 2-3 stars; far away from a 5-star hotel. Too expensive with reference to what is actually offered. The room was not clean(ed) well enough; dusty furniture; the shower didn’t work well. The breakfast buffet not very diversified and the food was not very tasty.

The WiFi didn't work on the fourth floor and it wasn't fixed during our stay. The women's pool bathroom was very badly maintained: the wc didn't work, the door couldn't close and there was no toilet paper. Not what I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. Our room door key stopped working and we got locked outside and there was no attempt to be repaired - probably they thought we were leaving anyway - it was the morning of our departure. Staff at the reception desk very unhelpful, the communism vibe still lingers unfortunately.

We liked the pool the most and the comfy beds. The breakfast was good too.

The bathroom door knob squeaked. The AC smelled funny if turned on and didn't work very well. Some spa services were not yet available

- reception people should smile more and should be teach customer service skills as they lack that. - cleaning and changing sheets should be done daily or at least every 2 days, our sheets never been changed in 5 nights, our towels were changed, but not the sheets.

- Breakfast was fantastic, - swimming pool was good as well.

Poor Wi-Fi network and for a 5 star hotel there should be a much better internet connection all around. The additional parking fee was not pleasant as they have their own parking space. For a 5 star hotel, there is enough space in the bathroom to upgrade to two sinks instead of one, more water pressure for the shower and a new toilet lid for the room I stayed in. A new insect net is also needed, as it was broken and did not provide protection against insects. The pool was not cleaned of all the napkins and plastics that flew in it for the three days I was there.

We arrived in the morning and they let us to use the conference room to work for one of us and we had access to the pool and the beach even we didn't check into our room until 16:00. Room was big, clean and quiet. We had breakfast included and it was good. Free beach chairs even if it wasn't a private beach of the hotel.

Young unprofessional staff. Ants in thr balcony. Dripping water under the toilet. No ash tray in the room. No air conditioning in the reception area. No handrail around the pool. No ability to reserve your parking.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned up with a lot of mold. Had a bad experience with the parking. Although they charge a parking fee, it's not guaranteed you actually find a proper parking spot and need to find a random spot within the parking lot to leave your car. Parking staff is not helpful either and mostly just rude. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Location was good next to the beach. Booked the superior double room, which was decent value for the money spent.

We spent our holiday in a small group , some stayed for 5 nights some for 1 night, elevator broke the second day we arrived , we had a baby with us so was difficult with stairs, no kettle, no coffee making facilities in the room, the fridge barely worked I had insuline pens with me , so I had to chill my ice packs somewhere else, someone cleaned our room on the 3rd day, on 5th day they changed linen and on the 6th day we left, breakfast was good and tasty, with tea and coffee machines, plenty of seats , however not really a 5 stars hotel , you get more value for the money on 3 or 4 stars hotels

The room is old fashioned and the stuff is not good enough prepeard. I waited 15min for an invoice and I got it splited into 3 pcs.
