Finding it was a challenge since the address doesn’t show up in Apple Maps or Google Maps, then most of the doors inside aren’t labeled so finding the right apartment was difficult. The toilet was also difficult to use because of the size and arrangement of the bathroom.

The apartment was cute and comfortable.

The exact adres was a bit hard to find. Google maps was not acurate. The room was quite small and bit smelly. Better to spend a bit more for a better place.

The check-in and check-out went not so smooth - I did not receive the instructions, so I waited outside of the apartment for an answer until I found out they were still cleaning the room, which was already after check-in time (17:00). When I got into the apartment, I immediately decided not to stay since it was smelling a lot like cigarettes. I did not feel comfortable in the apartment and also in the building.

The bathroom is very small, for me as a 1,85 man was very hard sometimes. For a bigger or older person would be very very hard to use the toilet or the water and the shower in the bathroom. But for 1-2 younger and not too big persons the flat is perfect.

It was clean and not far from the city center. I could park for every night in the neighbourhood, first night I even left my full car there and nothing happened. It is a clean flat and the communications was good, the host help me with many infos I asked for.

The apartment is in a not so good neighborhood. The building is not looking to good either. I booked it for my wife and tochter. They didn't feel safe and didn't wanna stay so we booked something else. For a man, i don't think that's a problem..... Unfortunately no refund .

Preis was very good for an apartment in town, and for what we needed.

Amazing contact with the host, very kind, listening and friendly! Good location, near Timisoara Nord train station and next to a grocery store. The apartment is pretty comfy and has AC, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. Overall a great stay in Timisoara thanks to Simo&Dani!

Very little bathroom, you have to play tetris to fit in. the place was clean, but the sheets and towels smelled like tobacco.

place very close to the train station, 30 minutes walking from the center. Clean and welcoming. Tiny bathroom but fulfills its function. Complicated to understand the functioning of the main door, but with a phone call we solved everything.

I didn't fit in the bathroom, is like a Tetris, very very small Very worn appliances, needing a severe maintenance service For only one person (no more space) Third floor no lift (no complaining, just saying) There's nothing to do in the area, the city is far away (25 plus minutes walking) and the communication with the train station is surrounding all the area and taking a high pasarela two ways (37 steps each way) (for instance I took an Uber to get to the Train Station with the baggage)

It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the central square of the city where all the attraction is. The sidewalks are a bit run-down and muddy, so you should watch your step carefully.

The apartament is quite cozy, nice and clean. It is definitely worth the price. The parking in front of the building is a bit thick but still free and managable to find a spot. You also have a burger shop around the corner if you get hungry, and near is a little triangle shaped park where you can rest while your children can play.

It is a perfect accomodation if you need somewhere just to sleep. It is very close to the train station but be aware that parking is very limited and might be difficult.

First of all to find the place is not easy, the owner should send clear information in english before checkin. Key locking is sometimes hard and windows don’t close properly. Room is small and stinks of smoked cigarette. Bathroom is small but ok. Finally the place is not in center : 30 minutes fast walking.
