Wifi very weak in our room…it was ok in the pool the restaurant and the bar Maybe offer hot chocolate for the kids for breakfast Old door in the bathroom..it didnt close well and it should be replaced

The hotel is stucked in time, old amenities, old furniture, there is no central thermostat in the rooms therefore no possibility to control the temperature so that, my room was very hot, my friend’s room was cold. Moreover the mattress was so firm I was waking up with back pain everyday. The lobby is big and airy but unfortunately the bar is open only until 10 PM so if you return to the hotel at a later hour and want to relax and maybe have a drink there’s no one there. It should be open until 11 PM even 12. Breakfast was decent however the coffee machines are set to espresso only, no cappuccino available. There is cold milk available on the table though but no warm milk.

It was close to the conference hall and I guess it’s pretty close to the ski slopes also. The rooms are spacious compared to most of the hotels nearby. The pool is a big plus especially because it’s open until 10PM.

A lot of ladybugs in the room. Most likely the temperature caused them to appear in a very large number. It was 20 degrees. Another aspect would be that the hotel is quite old and could need modernization. Rusted elements can be seen almost everywhere.

The pool was clean, the water crystal clear. The food is very good. Quite varied breakfast.

PHENOMENAL massage in the hotel - absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, she is so kind and considerate 5*!!! Huge pool with swim up bar Nearby to the village for dinner or activities Spacious room Smart TV Staff were kind and even used Google Translate to help us when we didn't speak Romanian Buffet breakfast

The room, the beds and the conditions inside the room for families. The staircase and the beds,which were placed under the roof, risking a head injury everytime you went to sleep or wake up

Couldn't get the mini fridge in my room to work. The socket it was plugged in was a little bit jenky.

Everything from the cleanliness in the room, to the facilities to the staff! Everything was superb! Also liked the restaurant's food selection.

Food services were disappointing. This is not first time that I visit this location so I am able to compare. They definitely changed something in the restaurant kitchen. Breakfast and dinner were bad. We came back with food poisoning and my child was sick and not sleeping in the first night because thronging up all night.

Pool area needs more attention - missing tiles on the pool floor, non-functioning massage jets, not so clean windows. Restaurant personnel pays more attention to the organized groups than individual customers.

Generally a good place to stay, enjoy the mountains and relax in a heated pool.

The bathroom, the hotel was sad and not cared for , very ugly furniture and esthetics The bar in the pool is not functional, one guy going back and forth to the main bar in the lobby to bring us drinks

We didn't like the thing they don't have jjacuzzi ,with this big space they can easily put one. At the pool you can see everything from the walls and on the floors and at the pool is old and need a refurbishment. We have booked 2 nights saturday to monday and the workers from the outside they made some noises which is not so nice,they work for the hotel,they do something new outside of the hotel but in weekend maybe would be nice to tale a breake or start later 😀

We like the view from the window,we have a double room with view booked. The view was the best. The pool was big and we loved the spa and the massage which we had in couple was perfect.and not expensive.. The food was good. We eat only breakfast .
