The walls between rooms were so thin that everything could be heard.

Breakfast was very good (sausages, omelette, apples, white bread with different cheeses and ham/chicken, yogurt, cereals, jams, coffee/tea, juice, water). Personnel was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice place very helpful as we had a flat tire and they helped us immediately and it was fixed within the hour for $20. Food was good in the restaurant as well. Easy bus ride to city center from here. Bus stop next to the grocery store.

The parking is always full owing to the Superbet nearby, and there’s a strong carpet smell inside the building as most of the decorations are old.

The property was clean, cozy and it had a restaurant downstairs with good food and ok prices for Sibiu. The staff were nice and accommodating, good value for money. It’s far from City center but you can drive or take a bus.

If you like modern, light, and bright rooms, corridors and restaurant/cafeteria spaces, don't book your stay here. Everything was fine, nothing to mention as "dislike" here.

The room for one-night sleepover during our trip worked as expected. Yummy meals in the restaurant. Pleasant receptionist willing to help us with things around Sibiu. Average breakfast menu. Parking place right in front of the facility. Supermarket next to the facility. Near historical city centre. Easy to find.

Polite and highly professional staff. After checking in, they gave us their own yard to park the motorbikes for free, even though there was a free parking lot in front of the hotel. The restaurant was much better than our expectations, including the staff. Breakfast was a buffet and quite varied. I would happily recommend the hotel to anyone.

Small, relatively cramped room, with a hanging wardrobe with little storage space, no bedside tables and limited toiletries supplies - but very clean and warm

Very kind, obliging and efficient staff. Spotless room with a comfortable matrimonial bed. A varied breakfast is included in the room price; it is served at the guesthouse's restaurant, where you can also have a decent lunch or dinner. Free parking at the property.

The only thing was a very strong smell of cleaning products in the room when we first arrived, but nothing that couldn't be solved by opening a window for a few minutes.

The lady at the reception was the most sweet and nice lady ever! The room was big enough and nice toilet, everything working fine. The breaksfast was good too.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond for me. I needed to book a room for friends fleeing the war in Ukraine. The hotel worked extra with me so that I could book at the last minute and pay from afar. I will forever be grateful to their exceptionally caring and helpful customer service! They allowed my friends to have a safe place to sleep and a good breakfast in the morning.

We were in transit through Sibiu and the location has been easy to access from the highway, it has had parking in front of it and we have had very good dinner and breakfast in their location; the staf was very helpful and for sure we'd stay here again when comming to Sibiu;

The staff was helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable for our whole family. They went above and beyond to have our extra beds already placed and made up for us when we arrived. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast, simple and satisfying.

Everything was great!

I was greeted by a nice and helpful lady at the reception who was very kind to tell me about the local attractions. The hotel is small with a large restaurant near by and a lot of personality. The room was clean, it had everything you need and the breakfast delicious and nutritious in my opinion. The hotel is about 1-1,5km from the city center and it was very easy to get around from there. It was a great experience. Regarding COVID-19, the hotel followed all the regulations, there are disinfectants everywhere and the guests wear masks. I warmly recommend!
