Two suggestions: one is for the hosts to inform the guests that there is separate collection of different kinds of garbage and where exactly the bins are located. I expect for short stays this would not be a problem, but we were there for 7 days, so we did take the trash out. The other is to have a broom and a mop in the apartment. I know there is a cleaning crew, but again, for longer stays it would be useful to have these basic things available if needed.

The apartment we rented at Olimpia Residence was 1 bedroom+1 living room (with open space kitchen), for 3 friends to share. We found the place to be spotless, easy to access, getting the keys was straight forward as we got clear instructions from the host. The host was also nice enough to arrange for a second parking spot in the Residence private parking, though only one parking spot is typically assigned per apartment. The place had everything we needed, as advertised, plus a nice design, and good internet connection (to accommodate 2 people working and having video calls). The balcony (with a small table and chairs) was a nice bonus we were not expecting. The neighborhood it nice and quiet, mostly houses, it is lovely for a morning walk to the nearby market or to just get some freshly made ”plăcinte”. The city center is easy to access either walking (20-30 minutes, depending on where you are going) or by car. Will keep this place in mind for future stays in Satu Mare

If you're traveling with a dog (cats are not allowed), I think that the additional tax (25 euros) is too high, even if I want to clearly state that I have never traveled here with a pet myself - so this opinion is simply based on what I saw in terms of additional taxes available.

The self-check-in and self-check-out measures in place (using PIN coded boxes) is one of the major reasons why I love this place, as I often stop here to rest when planning to travel abroad (by car). The location where this hotel is situated is about 10 minutes away from the Petea border crossing, which is great, and it has a non-stop shop close by, for people like me that get there in the late evenings and leave in the early mornings, that might need some basic groceries at late hours in the night. The apartments you get to rent are amazing, featuring every single living accomodation that you could think of, including a washing machine and full kitchenware (dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, etc.). The fridge is a full sized one, that can fit anything in it. The area is a quiet one and the private parking behind a CCTV-supervised gate is awesome. The size of the apartment is really big, the bathroom is modern and super fancy, featuring my favorite design of shower (open shower with a glass window to prevent leaks). The host is a really kind person and super helpful, that truly listens to their clients. I think one of the biggest perks you have when you rent one of their apartments is the internet (Wi-Fi) that they offer, with a modem in each flat, ensuring perfect signal no matter where you are around the flat or even just outside of it. The network is a high-speed one, perfect for gamers or people that need to attend online video meetings.

The tv in the bedroom wasn’t working, and there were no chairs on the balcony..and also it was very annoying when we couldn’t go out when the AC was on, because it was leaking on the whole floor of the balcony. Also we missed a dishwasher.

Good location, 10min from the center. 2 air conditioners, 2 tvs, nice big kitchen, great hidden parking spot, nice big bathroom and good kitchen with a oven, microwave and a washing machine.
