The biggest minus was that the apartment is located right next to five nightclubs and the noise coming from them was absolutely unbearable. We knew this when we booked, but thought it would not be so bad. The walls of the building are not properly isolated so you could hear EVERY. SINGLE. BEAT. coming from the clubs. One club would have not been a problem, but when multiple clubs are blasting different kinds of music as loud as they can at the same time, it's chaos and very disturbing. We could luckily fall asleep using earplugs, but to someone more sensitive it would have been a nightmare. So if you want a relaxing stay, be aware of this aspect before booking! If you came specifically for these clubs, then this is the perfect apartment for that.

Amazing apartment right on the sea shore with an amazing view on the beach and the sea. You could also see the lake behind the building from one of the windows. We loved the spacious balcony overlooking the sea and how clean and modern the apartment was. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days stay. It was also close to a lot of nice beaches and beach clubs, and a short drive from shops and other attractions of Mamaia/Constanta. We also had free parking on the property which was splendid!

Everything was so perfect

The wiewing of this studio it's amazing facing the black sea . The decoración of the room it's nice ,bed very confortable near the balcony with the great wiew to the sea Everything was so clean and perfect when I arrived. Big TV with lots channels Big balcony to eat outside and enjoy the wiew . The lady of the flat was so kind ,she give me extra towels ,new bed sheets after 2 days . I really relax and enjoyed the apartment

The location was perfect. Close to the best beach.. , Clubs , and also restaurants. The Supervisor from Apartment was amazing , with a lot of help to surprise my wife , in 12 years wedding Anniversary. Thank You so much again....

Another apartment of the building had parties every night until morning and it was a little noisy.

The communication with the host was very good. The room had anything you need, also it is pretty big. A very nice terrace also. The location was perfect for what we needed even thow it was not in the center, it is very close to clubs zone, but it is not loud.

I have stayed in many apartments in Summerland area and this was the best. Very airy, perfect for summer, with a really nice balcony and amazing full frontal view. (you can see the sunrise from your bed, too). I also really appreciated the self check-in and check-out.

Perfect choice for a couple who wants to party in Mamaia North area. Perfect location, very close to the best clubs/restaurants/private beach less than 3 minutes distance walking. Quite place despite location near the clubs. Very big and clean studio, it looks exactly as it is shown on the pictures. A lot of free parking spaces available near the building. The host was nice and professional. Fast check-in/check-out. I will definitely come back!

The place is really nice, very close to the beach. It is modern and clean and very spatious. The only thing I found a little tricky was that of the loud clubs in the nearby that kind of bothered us until 2 in the morning. But we weren’t the partying type, so if you are, this thing is not going to be a problem! The communication with the host was pleasant.

We liked everything. The car park was being enlarged therefore they were still working on it, but it wasn't inconvenient for us. There were plenty of spaces to park,much more than we expected

Almost every evening it's a bit noisy due to the clubs outside, but then again probably that's why you went there in the first place.

Everything was great, the communication with the host was excellent. They immediately answered all my questions and demands, one of the best hosts I met so far. The studio is exactly as shown in the pictures, all clean and good looking.
