Exceptional place, outstanding services, super professional, friendly and helpful staff. We loved everything. Very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and fully equipped. Great location next to the historical center, just a few steps to Piata Mare and other main points of interest. The continental breakfast was consistent and delicious. Massage service was also great. Best place to stay in Sibiu. Will go back for sure.

The property is a diamond in the rough, soo peaceful and quiet. Maximus is a wonderful host, and is extremely helpful. I would recommend the Noblese Boutique Resort to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, retreat, or just a place to relax and unwind. It is very central to evrrything that i wanted to see and visit in Sibiu.

i'd like the privacy of the property and well-maintained, The breakfast was really good and with me being plant-based they made me something special even though I didn't request it or expect it. One of the double rooms did not have a comfortable shower. The entrance was ~one meter high and not easily accessible to everyone. This should be clearly mentioned in the room description.

Good location being fairly close to the city center. (Though it is outside of the fortress, walls, it is minutes walking distance from piata mare). Very professional and polite staff and the rooms are newly furnished.

The room that we booked it was a little bit small

It was very clean ,beautiful and the staff was very kind. Very nice breakfast and a beautiful back yard. It is in a nice spot if you have a car and the receptionist kept a place for our car.

There is no private parking (you park in the street) but the staff made sure to reserve a good spot for us and everything went smoothly.

The building is very beautiful and the roooms are very well decorated. Breakfast looked amazing (didn’t eat, fasting)! The staff is very peofessional and helpful. Locatiom was great - 10 min walk to the city center.

Old and poor serviced offered. No restaurant available because "we have no customers", I was said. Breakfast acceptable but far below expectations. Reception extremely small. Certainly not a 5 stars hotel. Maybe 3 stars, maybe.

We had the best room available, the suite. Staff was very polite and try to help. Room very clean and quite comfortable bed.

Overall interraction with the staff. I never had the sensation that they offer a service but rather throwing a product on the counter, expect you to pay and vacate the shop as soon as possible. I would say though that this is a subjective opinion, invividual impressions may differ.

Breakfast was average. No complaints but nothing out of the ordinary, the standard options that one may expect. Rooms are nicely decorated and definitely comfortable. Location is close to the city center but lack proper parking.

There is no restaurant, only a place to have breakfast, which is poor. Room was small and smelly (i guess is expected of an old house). There was a tiny closet with only one hanger. Bathroom was big enough, but it smells bad (i guess the plumbing or the sewer), i had to keep the door closed with the vent on. There is no elevator, which can be a problem when you have to carry the luggage to the 2nd floor using the stairs. No concierge, no bell boy, not even 24h reception. As a conclusion, i guess those five stars are missleading. I had other expectation.

It's a very dark bedroom and bathroom, not enough plugs and really would like hot water in the sink,

We had one of the smaller rooms. We felt that it lacked character and charm. The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was really poor. The room was really dark and incredibly difficult if your a female who wishes to apply make-up. The room lacked adequate plugs. The included breakfast was ample and in a very pleasant dining room. The staff is very pleasant and helpful! The included free parking was a great bonus! For some reason we couldn't get hot water in the sink, but luckily the shower had hot water. Great location to walk to old town.

- No parking even if it is listed with parking lots (you have to park on street). - breakfast was horrible - room had 6 sqm at most - toilet lid was broken - rust in the shower - the mattres was tilted ... remember that this is a 5 star - $100+ per night hotel

Nice room - but nothing special. The 5* is a joke. The breakfast buffet was suficiant but nothing out of the ordinary. The restaurant (breakfast room) is a Ikea like dekorated room, rather small. To call this ‚Noblesse‘ is highly inacurate. It‘s a nice place for a stopover but don‘t expect something special.

Noise from party in the restaurant that went on to all hours. Lots of shouting screaming and laughing to probably 3am. shower door 1.2 meters high was a surprise and difficult to get into.

The bed, Duvet and Pollows were very comfortable
