Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaA few improvments can be made in the room: in the bathroom a place to put the shower gel is needed, inside the shower cabin. the bed should be moved in front of the TV not sideways, a supplementary chair/ armchair would be useful. The dimension of the room is diminished because of the lower ceiling of the attic.
The room is very clean, the breakfast offers you the possibility to chose what you like, the lady we meet in the morning when we had breakfast is very friendly and nice.

Breakfast at the residence was excellent. Found a good restaurant for dinner about 1/4 mile north of the hotel on the main road.

RomaniaGreat deal for the money. Easy access, all super clean and very spacious and cozy. We loved also the public places. Breakfast place, terrace. They also had extra blankets in case at evening it gets chilly on the terrace. And we loved the little details like books to read and games. Additionally, there is free parking and even options to charge 2 electric vehicles. We also had breakfast. It was a buffet and there were planty of options (hot and cold). Very close to the property there is lidl and a nice coffe place. We left the car at the location and opted for uber to go to the city centre. Very affordable price and no stress for parking places.

This was our second stay in this hotel and again, we liked everything about it. Big and clean room, nice staff, very good breakfast. There is also a small mini bar in the room with a good selection. Breakfast room also had a shelf with board games and childrens books what our son really enjoyed. There is also a nice little garden behind the house. A perfect place to relax, we would always stay here again!

SerbiaThe place is super clean! The staff is more than wonderful. The back porch with lawn is a great spot for smokers. The bed is very comfy. There's even a small fridge packed with drinks and bars. Smart TV on the wall. Breakfast was delicious! Perfect value for money. Warm recommendation! WiFi wasn't working for us, but we had our own so we didn't care much about it. The Netflix was operational so no hard feelings.
