Lovely apartment and room (we had booked both for 2 couples). Super location close to the centre of Sibiu but quiet location. Everything in both the apartment and double room was beautifully equipped and decorated. Highly recommend

There is nothing that we needed that was not there. There is on-street parking which was 10ron for a calendar day. We were lucky to find a space not too far away but you might need to drive around to find a space.

Location was great, lovely to have a bottle of wine that we shared on the grassy area across the road from the building. The flat was very pretty with lots of nice touches. No table to eat at, but a breakfast bar in the kitchen area. We didn't need to use the kitchen area but if you do, there is no hob and not sure if there was an oven - there was a microwave which might have been an oven but didn't use it.

Kayas' home is a value for money choice, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to almost anything one may need to look for (supermarket, taxi, access to the old part of the city) and with excellent hospitality. I would definitely choose it again.

The appointment is located near the historical center and a street with a lot of places to eat and shop. It was clean, had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The owner quickly replied to our questions. Self check in and check out.

This was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay during a three night visit to the beautiful town of Sibiu. The location was great, not far from anything. The bed and room were comfortable. I cannot really say much for the staff because due to the very good self check in and self check out, I actually did not meet them. The good part is that the check in was very quick and very easy, they provided a video to help me find how to get in and find the door to my apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location super good, the communication with the landlord was perfect and the bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Bottom line, very good value for the money.

The apartment has two connecting rooms and the bathroom is directly accessible only from one of them. Also, the opening in the wall between the two rooms has no door you can close. If you are traveling with friends you may want to look for a place with adjoining bedrooms, so you can still be close, yet have some privacy.

Excellent location in the old city, very close to all of the tourist attractions in the historic center. Smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process. Nice and quiet apartment, sparkling clean, stylish décor, comfortable beds, two TVs, pristine bathroom and kitchen with modern amenities. A big THANK YOU to Madalina, a wonderful host, incredibly attentive and generous, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay.

The room was clean and in an excellent location! I was able to check in early which I really appreciated! The mattress was so comfortable, the best sleep I’ve had in weeks! Communication with Madalina was excellent. I would happily stay here again!

The apartment and the room we stayed in are extremely beautiful and spotless clean. They are very tastefully decorated and have all the facilities one can imagine. They truly are beautiful. Just make sure you check the photos because the two rooms in the apartment aren't separated with a door so the apartment is great for a family but not so much for people who would like separate rooms and an easily accessible bathroom. The bathroom (once again gorgeous and extremely well-equipped) is accessible from one of the rooms. There's a kitchen in the apartment too (accessible from the other room) and that is also really nice. It has a fridge, a sink and coffee and tea making facilities. It also has a microwave oven. The location is also brilliant.

The only thing that's missing is a parking spot:) Upon arrival, we weren't able to find a place to park on the street, we did three rounds through the center, then we stopped on that street and just waited until someone drives away. So we managed somehow, but it was very stressful (maybe the issue was that we arrived on a Friday afternoon and there was also some festival happening, so it might have been worse than usual). Also buying the parking ticket was somehow an issue for us, so I messaged the owner and she responded superfast and explained to us how it works. Overall the stay was excellent and very relaxing, just keep in mind that the room is partly underground and the window is facing the yard, so there is not much sunlight, and also that the ceiling is rather low - I bumped my hand several times when showering or changing :)

Fantastic tiny room for a couple with everything one could need and even more. I am amazed by how well the place is used. It is equipped with everything. I especially appreciated the fridge, boiling kettle (with complimentary tea and nescafe), and the hair dryer:) The location is excellent, it´s directly in the city center but still very quiet. The owner was so sweet, we communicated in English, she replied to all my questions immediately and was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

We also booked a second (single) room which was much smaller and a bit claustrophobic feeling like a basement, but everything else about it was good - especially bath and tolet areas were spacious and nice.

Very clean, all the necessities you would expect and then some. Clean fresh towels. Spacious apartment with very large bed (it could easily fit a family with a smaller child). Clear instructions in accessing the apartment. Kind host (ene though we didn't meet her in person, she responded all our questions. The apartment is 3 min away from the main pedestrian street which takes you to the large square. It is both in the very centre and in a very quiet area away from the noise. Parking is available outside for 10 lei per day. There's also a free one if you go 3-4 blocks away from the downtown area but only 5-8 min away.

I loved everything about this room. The host had excellent communications. The location was perfect in the old town with easy access to the main square, but also quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed the large bathroom and shower too. The place was beautifully decorated.
