When we arrived the tv set did not function - the technicians needed to change the unit; One day before our leaving the key cards didn't work anymore, we needed to go at the reception to get reconfigured the cards; - The last day on Monday 24th the unit containing 'Evolet' teas disappeared from breakfast room and only a few medicinal teas remained (Camomille, Mint, St.John's worth tea)

Location is great - next to former Hotel Perla in Mamaia; Breakfast is great; Room is also nice and big balcony.

The couch bed for my boys was not comfortable at all, for the price you pay, for not so much an ocean view, even though we could see it out of the corner it was not what we thought.

We loved the pool and the food was very good. The staff was so nice and always friendly.

Kids were in the room after the breakfast and the cleaning ladies were waiting in front of their room. As I said the room didn't need the cleaning they were quite annnoyed and unfriendly.

Everything was great, the rooms spacious, breakfast diverse, the receptionists friendly and helpful. Other stuff didn't speak english.

The location was a bit off putting: not the best people around, and not much choice of restaurants. Also, some of the restaurants nearby had really loud live music up until midnight which you could definitely hear even with closed windows. I applaud the breakfast staff’s enthusiasm but sometimes I felt like they were waiting for me to chew my last bite just to grab the plates and cups (I don’t know if this is the policy but I would have appreciated 5 min to enjoy my meal until the plates were cleared from the table). Even though it was during a music festival, the prices were very steep (I would never have paid that much for a normal stay).

First of all, I would like to point out that the staff was great, very professional, accommodating and nice overall. The room was very clean, the furniture was in a good condition, the bed and pillows were comfortable enough and the air conditioning (absolutely necessary) worked well. The pool area was clean and well maintained and they had a nice bar until evening with great staff. You could also order food meals in the pool area which worked well for us. Breakfast was great for us (we aren’t very fussy anyway) and during the festival times they even extended the schedule until 11:00 which was very thoughtful. You also had beach bed access included, 6-7 min away, although we didn’t really check that out, as we spent most of the time at the pool.

The hotel and its facilities are fabulous. The buffet breakfast is very good and can satisfy all tastes. The location is good as well but the beach loungers that are included in the price of hotel are on the back row far from water.

There was quite a bit of noise from the streets when having the door open due to the closeness of the center and the beach - could hear the seagulls as if they were in the room (we had a small baby and decided to open the door rather then opening the air conditioner), but it was ok after closing the door and it is not something the hotel can control.

Great all around services! The location is a few minutes from the beach, the staff is nice and smiling. The breakfast was great and very diverse. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern decorated. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

There was nothing particular to dislike in hotel or relatead facilities. The only thing to mention - price for taxi depends on how to organize your travel - better use hotel prebooked taxis, otherwise you risk with big variety of prices.

The price is a bit high considering the suroundings, but that's mamaia ... The food was ok, not great but ok.

I liked the room and how clean everything was. The staff is really friendly. The free parking made my stay :) in such a crowded area, parking spots are scarce, but the hotel has plenty of them, for free.

We wanted to have lunch a la carte and we were refused from the restaurant because they were serving the "all inclusive" customers. I asked if we can have an "a la carte" next to the swimming pool and we were told that for sure that is possible. and we should ask at the bar. We went to the swimming pool just to be told that this is not possible from the pool bar while at the same time the owner of the hotel was having lunch at the pool....Typical romanian behaviour bending the rules. During that day we tool lunch somewhere else. Next day...we were announced that it is possible to have lunch at the pool for a reduced menu. This proved that finally the responsible people talk to each other even with a delay. In the end it is a plus, even if it frustrated us the lack of communication showed on the previous days. Even if it displayed everywhere that a mask should be worn in the hotel, customers are not wearing it and no one is asking them to wear it especially in the breakfast area where someone could easily sneeze over the food. The personnel is wearing a mask just to be clear. The restaurant personnel seems lost. Some pay attention while some do not know why they are there. I asked one morning for milk as it was finished. 15 minutes later it was not brought and when I asked the person I talked to before if he took that info to the kitchen, he looked lost at me and left. Luckily and older and experienced person heard me and fixed it. Overall the feeling was good but I could not overlook these points.

The hotel is very well located, pretty close to the beach and offering free of charge for customers access to the sunbeds (starting with the 4th row from the sea). The pool is very nice and clean offering enough sun beds. Breakfast is good and with multiple options. When we could have lunch at the pool this was good as well. The restaurant is very good in general as we had lunch and dinner there multiple times.
