The furniture looked and felt dated. Shower cabin was crammed. No insect mesh at the window so impossible to get some fresh air (mosquitoes and other insects abundant). Bed mattress on the hard side. Sound proofing could use some improvement (there was a wedding party at the ground floor and noise propagated both from the outside and through the ventilation system).

Quiet location (if no party at the ground floor/restaurant). Close to park/center. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly concierge staff. Good reliable WiFi.

Air conditioning wasn't brilliant.

Fabulous staff who were very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong day. Comfortable room and easy parking.

Noise can be easily heard from the lobby, so don't expect to sleep late.

Good location within walking distance to city center and close to the beaches at the Danube. Generally good service. Nice and comfortable room. A few options to eat nearby, plus other restaurants towards the center. Overall, very good choice for a short stay and, probably, for business events. If you're coming for the beaches, it may be better to stay here than at the hotels at the beach or ferry crossing.

As I wake up early in a morning, it would have been nice to have a cup of tea or coffee, but there was no tea or coffee making facility. I would expect this in a 4-star hotel .

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and welcoming .The location is very close to the town center with a taxi rank right outside.

WiFi on 3rd floor didn’t work, it works perfect on reception.

When I arrived, there was a party with loud party at the restaurant. The receptionist told me that the party finishes at 21.00. When the loud music was still on at 22.00 I went down to the reception and asked for how long the party will go on. They said for another hour maybe till 23.00. I referred to the receptionist who told me at check-in that it finishes latest at 21.00. Finally, the music was turned down at around 22.20. I can understand that they earn money by having parties and events in the restaurant, however those nights should not be sold to other customers. Or at least put the guests who do not wish to party in rooms far from the restaurant. Unfortunately, I got a room just above the restaurant. The hotel did not look fully booked. I also wrote a complaint email, however I have not got any answer. Not even a sorry.

Wifi was awful, or should I say nonexistent in the room, room was not clean for the two days we stayed, staff was not friendly at all. As we were there for a friend's event, it was passable.

My initial room still has a person in the room. New room still had garbage in mini bar, items missing from bar, inoperable TV and phone. Hotel staff came to look, but didn't fix or report. Instead charged me for the missing mini bar items. Staff was highly rude. No AC in hotel, super hot rooms. Beds were old and not good. Daily room cleaning was only air freshener spray. Light didn't work in common areas. Gym was super dark due to many lights not working.
