We received a room upgrade for free at check-in. The hotel is in perfect shape, everything is clean, modern, premium feeling. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind, we could have a chat with her. Everything exceeded our expectations.

That I could not stay longer :(

I loved this place, great style and new furniture, clean and aromatic sheets, everything is crystal clean! I loved my bed and windows with beautiful curtains and nice view. I made me feel like a was in a book story! The people who work there make a big difference! So friendly, warm and hospitable! I felt sick during my stay and asked if I can have a late check out so I can rest before catching my train in the late afternoon. They let me stay, explained where the nearest pharmacy was, gave me hot water for my medicine. The bar prepared for me delicious beef and noodle soup that made me feel so much better! Thank you so much! I enjoyed my stay a lot and will recommend you to my friends and colleagues!

We are not sure if the windows had insect nets, but we didn't need to open the window since the air conditioning was working very well.

The location is great, it has a pub downstairs which offers a variety of options for food and drinks. The check in and out were easy and the staff was friendly. The whole location and the room were clean and looking brand new. The bed was comfortable and you could choose between two types of pillows, which was awesome. They offer a bottle of water and 2 coffees on the house that you can make yourself in the room and if you choose to serve something from the mini fridge that is charged separately. The air-conditioning was working well, the bathroom was clean and the shower was very spacious.

We liked very much the hotel. Our room was small, but clean. The bathroom also very clean. The breakfast was exceptional: many items to choose from and so delicious. They also have a pub with the same name at the hotel. We had a tiramisu and some boiled sweet dumplings with sour cream and black currants sauce on the night of arrival. It was very delicious. We plan to return very soon.

There was no hot water in the bathroom one evening and it would have been nice to have coffee pods available every day.

Modern and very clean hotel. The location is also good if you want to walk through Sibiu. The parking is protected, the beds are comfortable and the windows protect well from street noise. You also have a pub within the hotel. We were greeted in the room with a full mini bar, a bottle of water and a coffee machine with coffee capsules.
